Not much
This hotel is perfect if you are looking for a clean comfortable place to sleep while exploring Istanbul. The location is outstanding only a 3 to 4 minute walk downhill to Galata Tower and less than a minute from Istiklal Street. Everything is within walking distance including restaurants cafes shops and public transportation. The staff were extremely polite friendly and always helpful. The neighborhood is lively and full of cafés restaurants and nightlife so you really feel the energy of Istanbul. The hotel does not offer special views but its excellent location and great service make it an excellent choice and I would definitely stay here again.
Points positifs :
- Réception ouverte 24h/24 : notre avion a eu plusieurs heures de retard, nous sommes arrivés au milieu de la nuit à l'hôtel et le personnel était là pour nous accueillir.
- Emplacement : l'hôtel est idéalement situé, proche de la Tour de Galata, de l'avenue Istiklal et de la place Taksim. Il est également proche du funiculaire, du métro 2 et du tramway 1 ; nous étions proches de tous les sites touristiques. Il y a également beaucoup de cafés et de restaurants aux alentours.
- Le réceptionniste Nevruz, qui était très gentil, aidant et accueillant. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise et très bien accueillis grâce à lui.
- Le prix : les hôtels à Istanbul sont souvent très chers, celui-ci était très abordable.
- La propreté de la chambre : la personne qui faisait le ménage quotidien fait du super travail, il/elle a même plié nos vêtements chaque jour.
- La climatisation marche très bien.
Points négatifs :
- Le bruit. Nous étions au 6e étage de l'hôtel mais le bruit restait insupportable. L'hôtel se trouve dans une rue passante avec beaucoup de bars et de restaurants, il y avait des fêtes / de la musique jusqu'à 3h du matin ; nous avons été réveillés à plusieurs reprises pendant notre séjour. Il faut absolument demander une chambre sur cour.
- Certains équipements de la chambre : nous n'avions pas de couette sur le lit - juste une petite couverture (d'ailleurs trop petite pour le lit double) -, les rideaux n'étaient pas opaques donc nous étions réveillés par la lumière du jour très tôt le matin, les chaussons fournis dans la chambre d'hôtel étaient troués (alors que nous ne les avions pas utilisés).
- Le petit-déjeuner : nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner parce que sur le site de réservation (Booking), il était indiqué qu'il était "exceptionnel" mais nous avons été très déçus. Il n'y a pas de fruits, pas de viennoiseries et très peu de choix, c'est un petit-déjeuner à prendre si vous voulez juste vous mettre quelque chose sous la dent avant de partir explorer Istanbul pendant la journée.
El personal, especialmente Nevruz, muy amable y servicial. La habitación cómoda, con frigobar y tetera, teníamos café, té y botellas de agua de cortesía. El desayuno sencillo pero cumplidor.
La ubicación tiene sus ventajas y desventajas. Como ventaja es que es céntrica, con restaurantes y bares en la cuadra y muy cerca a Istikal. La desventaja es que es una calle peatonal, estrecha y en pendiente, los transportes como taxis o tours no siempre pueden llegar hasta la puerta, lo que puede resultar difícil para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida.
The hotel itself was a great location with amazing service and staff who were always so helpful. The breakfast was always good and consistently filling for long days of walking the city.

Готель очень близко к метро и башне Галата, идеальное место, если любите гулять в этом районе. Очень приветливый персонал, чисто, сделали всё, чтобы мне было комфортно.
В первую ночь (суббота) было очень шумно из-за оживленной улицы, но потом всё наладилось.
Great location, 3 minutes walk from Istiklal Street and 5 minutes walk from the Tunel, which is very convenient.

Είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και είχε πάρα πολύ φασαρία.
La amabilidad, la cama es cómoda y la ubicación. El personal es muy amable en concreto Nevruz, somos una familia de 4 y nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo respecto a información y comodidad en la estancia, íbamos con una bebé y siempre nos ayudaron con calentar su comida, el carro, etc.
La cuesta de la calle de torre galata pero eso ya lo sabíamos cuando decidimos visitar Estambul.
Çok beyendik🙏 ən çoxda Novruz beyin bizi qarşılanması, marağlanması, bizə çok yardımcı oldu, rahat check in etdik yerləşdik. Otaq da təmiz və rahat idi, səhər yeməyi də dadlı☺️ locationda taksimde ve galatadan 2-3 deq mesafe idi, çok rahat.yene gelmek umidi ile herkese meslehet goruruk
