Devman hotel was a very nice and enjoyable place.
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, clean, safe, comfortable, with an elevator, convenient, with a nice restaurant area where you can enjoy a free breakfast with a variety of food and drinks. The place is accessible; you can walk from and to Taksim Square while enjoying a nice walk on Istaklal, the Main Street. It’s in the heart of downtown. The price is reasonable and the staffs are friendly and welcoming. They make your stay nice and comfortable.

Cons:

I liked everything the premises offers, the only thing I had a bit of difficulty dealing with was the noise of loud music and lively chats coming from the streets; but then I learned that weekends, usually Thursdays to Saturdays, are normally like that, and sure enough Sunday was absolutely calm, quiet and peaceful.
I really enjoyed my stay there and I recommend it.

Отличный отель с прекрасным расположением! Всё необходимое находится рядом, что очень удобно для знакомства со Стамбулом. Отдельная благодарность сотруднику Новрусу за его отзывчивость, доброжелательность и искреннюю готовность помочь в любой ситуации. Благодаря таким людям пребывание в отеле становится особенно приятным. С удовольствием вернёмся снова!

SI vous y allez pour faire la fête et vous coucher tard, c' est un excellent rapport qualite prix
Pros:

L'emplacement est séduisant car très proche des lieux animés et très sympathiques de Beyoglu. On peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied et sortir le soir.
Le lit et la literie étaient confortables. Le style de la chambre n'était pas désagréable.
Parmi le personnel Novrouz était très sympathique et chaleureux.
Le prix est très intéressant. Le petit déjeuner bon.

Cons:

Les photos ne m'avaient pas donné une impression correcte, la chambre était très petite, la salle de bains un peu vétuste, le pare douche abîmé ne fermait pas bien, le flexible fuyait et il y a eu un cafard (un seul, cela peut arriver) ce qui m'a fait vérifier le matelas pour vérifier d'autres insectes (il n'y en avait pas) et constater son etat.
Mais surtout le gros problème est qu'il y a un bar sous les fenêtres qui occupe toute une placette sur le petit passage derrière, emavec de la musique très très fort et un brouhaha de voix très fort également, qui s'est prolongé jusqu'à au moins 3h du matin le vendredi et le samedi ou j'étais là. Je n'ai pas testé les jours de la semaine mais le week end ou j'ai séjourné c'était vraiment terrible. Le personnel était ennuyé aussi, bien sûr.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel in bester, zentraler Lage! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich freundliche, herzliche und hilfsbereite Personal, bei dem man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Auch das Frühstück war gut und die Zimmer gemütlich. Die lebendige Umgebung gehört zum besonderen Charme des Hotels.

Kedves személyzet, frekventált helyen.

Cons:

A reggeli nem volt változatos és finom, se nem török. Az ágy nagyon puha volt. A képeken sokkal szebb a hotel. Előben azért nem éppen így néz ki.
