I arrive at the place for work and the room is underground with no window and no phone reception so I can't work. I had no other option but to leave the place and find a much more suitable place. The place is not suitable for a person who comes to the place for work, especially since the receptionist's attitude was disdainful and unwilling to help. It is not recommended to go to the place. There are much better places nearby.

Location is very close to the underground and lots of restaurants.
I booked the hotel because it was advertised as very clean. While I respect the Herculean task the cleaning staff has to do every day, unfortunately my room was not as clean as I expected. The bathroom walls were spotted with…, I saw mold between the headboard and night stand. And when I asked for a new fitted bed sheet because the one placed on my bed on arrival was stained, the front desk clerks were rude and argumentative. I told them I didn’t want to argumentative and wasn’t blaming anyone but I just wanted a clean bedsheet. I won’t be staying there again.

Although the hotel is quite far from central London, we chose it based on the price and reviews, and we were very happy with our stay. The location in the area itself was excellent, right on a main street with plenty of small shops, cafés and places to eat nearby. We received a voucher for breakfast at a nearby café that included a free coffee and 10% off, which was a lovely touch. The café itself was fantastic. We also really liked how cleverly the small room was designed. The fold-out table, the wardrobe that turned out to include a kitchenette, and the overall use of space were all very practical, stylish and well thought out. It was compact, but very smart and comfortable.
The only thing we did not like was the sliding bathroom door. It did not have a proper handle or pull, and it also did not close fully, which made using the bathroom feel a little awkward when sharing the room with another person. A bit more privacy in that area would have made the stay more comfortable.
