Pros:

Funcionários bem simpáticos, o quarto é bem completo, o ar condicionado funciona super bem e o hotel é perto do metro, então da pra chegar no centro em menos de 1h, além de ter comércio perto do próprio hotel

Cons:

A limpeza poderia ser um pouco melhor, mas nada que tenha me incomodado realmente.

Turnt away because one of the guests was under 18. When booking it clearly states ‘There is no age requirment for check

We didn’t get to stay.

Cons:

We were turnt away and left stranded in london because one of the guests was under 18. When booking the hotel, there was nothing to indicate this would be an issue. I have a screenshot with proof that it says ‘no age requirement for check in’. We are now £101 out of pocket and had to spend £150 on a new hotel.

Pros:

The mini kitchen with the fridge and the courteous housekeeper.

Cons:

The small shower pouches instead of a shower bottle and the room that I stayed in, although it was great because you couldn’t hear any noise from outside, I wish it had a window.

Great stay!!!
Pros:

I liked that the room came with a kitchenette and coffee maker. It also has a hair dryer and slippers, which most of the budget hotels now do not offer. The best part is that the tap comes with a Brita water filter. There is no need to buy bottled water.

Bonus is there are loads of restaurants and stores where you can buy food and other stuff.

Cons:

The floor and shower cubicle walls need a bit more cleaning.
