Hotel in ottima posizione nel quartiere Asiatico, il porto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, da lì partono i traghetti per le altre zone della città. Il quartiere è ricco di locali, ristoranti, negozi, è molto vivace in tutte le varie fasce della giornata.
La stanza era ben arredata e molto pulita. C'è una terrazza in cui si fa colazione e rimane aperta fino alle ore 11 pm dove è possibile usufruire di acqua e thè gratuito.

So bad the booking.com is
Pros:

The Marist Hotel deserves 10/10. Booking.com deserves a warning label. They cancelled my confirmed booking, told me to rebook and promised the €20.06 difference back in cash, then tried to pay me in points instead. Still unresolved after formal complaints. Travelers: document everything, and don't accept points when they owe you money.

Pros:

Прекрасный уютный семейный отель!
Всё рядом - остановки автобусов havabus и havaist (аэропорт). метро Kadikoy, паром, прогулочная набережная. Вокруг много кафе, ресторанов, баров, продуктовых магазинов, пекарен с вкусной выпечкой. Но при этом отель расположен на тихой улице.
Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый!
Хороший завтрак на террасе с видом на домики Стамбула.
Терраса открыта до 23.00, очень удобно – после прогулки можно подняться выпить кофе, чай. Номер у нас был отличный! Чисто, уютно, просторно.
Мы остались довольны!

Pros:

Чудове розміщення, поруч з жвавими вуличками, де є кафе і різні магазинчики, але вночі тихо. До парому, станції метро, зупинки Мармарей десь 10-15 хв. Сніданки прості, але з гарним видом на місто. Є парковка, допомогли за паркуватися. В номері чисто, зручний матрас. Чудово регулюється вода в крані.
