We have stayed for three days in September 2019. Hotel has a perfect location-all is near by. People who works there are very friendly,opened and ready to do everything for you sincerely🙏🏽. Chilled atmosphere,nice rooms,safe place.And Mexican sound of trains in the night is really something you have to experience!)

This is one of those places that goes beyond expectations and beyond pictures. Staff is really nice and helpful. Food is also really good and the house is so unique. Rooms are impecable and really well decorated.

This hotel is not suitable for young children. I called in advance and staff told me it was perfect for young children but upon arriving the room had dangerous staircases and an open banister. The rooftop is also not secure for children ans its view is on a construction site. Also, expedia description says it has its own self-park parking but it is inaccurate. Hotel uses a third party parking lot a few blocks away from the hotel.

Me and my fiancé stayed in this hotel just back in July 18 and we have booked and will be returning this weekend, everything about the place is magical from the moment you walk in and are greeted by the most welcoming staff who greet you with open arms and a warm friendly smile just like entering your own home.
The room was completely immaculate, and the breakfast is a must this came as an extra charge but it was worth every penny and then some! I don’t tend to write reviews as I visit many hotels and work in one myself but this one blew me away which is why I had to make sure it got this glowing report ! See you soon Puerta del Cielo :)

My family and I had a very pleasant experience in this hotel. The staff has an excellent and personalized treatment that makes you feel just like home. Every detail has been taken care of making it one of the best options for your stay.

The staff welcomed us very warm! During our stay we really felt special here. This boutique hotel has super cute and clean rooms on 2 floors. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop with a chill area and hammocks. The entire staff was very very friendly, helpful and such nice to us. The location of the hotel is about 3 blocks away from the Centro Historico (about 5 walking minutes). We stayed here for a night with our friends and really appreciate the treatment! I highly recommend this hotel.

We were so pleased to find this little jewel close to the Historic Center District. The nice decor, bedroom with all romantic details, great shower, linens and the best staff ever, kind and caring, Luiza makes the difference. Besides it all, excellent cost benefit.

De verdad pocos hoteles que te hacen sentir como en casa. Este es uno de ellos . Todo edpectacular! Hermoso! Comodo, ubicado, el servicio edpectacular , la comida muy rica! Mis hijos decian que el lugar merece 8000 estrellas! No descuidan ni un detalle . Nunca habia edtado en un hotel boutique, este solo tiene 10 habitaciones hermosas y quedamos invitados a regresar! Justo lo que queríamos, algo rustico, pequeño en el centro de Qro pero con lujo y conodidad. Luisa y todo el equipo de atencion increible . Muchas gracias

Good food, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Treated like family, the staff went way out of their way to ensure every thing went smoothly. Very well maintained and impeccably clean. This was a difficult three days for us, for what we had to get done. Staying here was an excellent choice.
