Schönes modernes Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick in der 5. Etage. Freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Bequemes Bett. Kostenfreier Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Aufzug.. Gutes Frühstück, zusätzliche Eierspeisen werden auf Nachfrage zubereitet. Noch in Laufweite zur Altstadt.
Osoblje, u restoranu na recepciji, svi... Posebna pohvala gđi. Ireni, na susretljivosti.
Unutrašnjost bara bi mogla biti veća.

The food was good, if a little pricey. The bed was very comfortable and most of the staff were helpful
The receptionist (Male) who checked me in was perfunctory and unwelcoming.
There was no minibar in the room and no milk with the complementary coffee/tea. It would be more sensible to provide the mini bar and then charge for what ever is used, than tell the guest to order up whatever they wanted from reception.
As to the milk, very few people drink their tea and coffee black so provide those little UHT cartons without being asked. I've never been to a hotel where they weren't provided.
The view of the sea was partly blocked off by buildings

The pool, spa, and gym facilities were exceptionally well-maintained, contributing to a very pleasant stay. The location is convenient, with approximately a 25-minute walk to both the Old Town and Žnjan Beach. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offerings were somewhat limited in variety, yet everything was fresh and flavorful.
The television could benefit from improvement, as it was somewhat slow to load, likely due to a software issue and server connection

I had one of the nicest welcome’s to a hotel, the lady behind the reception couldn’t have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful. I arrived on an early flight and although check in was from 1500 she enabled me to get into my room by 1100. The spa facilities were excellent and a decent gym.

We were greeted enthusiastically by Irene at the front desk who upgraded our room to a sea view. She let us know that their restaurant offers many gluten free items which was a wonderful surprise! The breakfast was excellent and the location for us was very good. We were completely satisfied with everything.

Vraiment une très bonne expérience!
Le seul petit défaut est l'emplacement un peu excentré du cœur de ville mais on peut faire une balade en longeant via la plage et en 15/20 minutes on est dans le centre.
