There was a slight problem with the receptionist, he charged more than once to stay for the night so I had to claim what was right, they refused to give me back refund so I had to fight for that transaction

5 star for the price hacienda looking place real mexicano feeling restaurant food is delicious easy parking right infront of your room door security all day real mexico looking very clean staff very friendly and helpful i went on a budget but definitely will be returning here

Hotel economico, seguro, limpio, con a/c, tranquilo, excelente atención del personal!! . Bueno antes, tenian desayuno incluido, pero ya no, sin embargo esta en una avenida principal y hay mucha oferta gastronomica sobre la misma calle, muy buen hotel, recomiendo!!

Cosmos for a day!
Pros:

It's on the hotel row easy to find. Clean and quiet and kind of basic. Employees were very nice, if you want something nearby they will go get it for you. Like cigarettes, which they don't sell.

Cons:

The beds were awful. Felt like I was laying on wood! The bathroom take flip flops. There was no shower mat nor extra towels. Take a pillow for more comfort. The Tv was not working well. Very basic toiletries. I suggest you take your own shampoo and conditioner. I tried what they had, and my hair was so dry and out of control!!

The only thing I didn't like is that they don’t have a coffe maker, microwave or mini-fridge in the room. They did have a small bottle of water. There is an oxxo close by so we could get our coffe and water. Other than that is a good area. I recommend going during the week when is quieter.

No restaurant anymore
Pros:

The maid staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean and shower was hot and the AC cold. Online it shows a restaurant but it is no longer operating. The pool was refreshing but difficult to get out of as the ladder is quite short. Our room was away from the street so it was quiet.
The day we were leaving, we asked at the desk if he could call us a taxi but he said no, so I asked at the desk of the hotel next door. No problem fot them to call us a taxi.
