Horrible and they half clean the rooms because it was cigar smokes ashes everywhere

Nothing but the pool and outside bar

Cons:

I got stuck in the elevator due to not not working properly and the other elevator wasnt working neither. The whole weekend the elevators had maintenance issues and the emergency button didn’t work and I had to beat on the elevator door luckily the house cleaner lady press the button on the other side and it open . I went down stairs to tell the receptionist and they stated they couldn’t do anything about it but call maintenance so I ask for a refund they said since I booked through a third party I had to call the third party. Now I have issues with the hotel not responding back to the third party so I can get a refunds. Their steak dinner was nasty and wasn’t season it tasted like they season it with salt, pepper and pepper corn seasons. The veggies were nasty with no season on them.

Really enjoyed our stay and will book there next time also.
Pros:

That it was a guarded gated property. And so much to do on the grounds. Also really nice having a shuttle to take you to the beach or to the places on the grounds really really nice.

Cons:

Loved the room and the whole place it could have been a little bit better cleaned but over all it was a great place to stay.

Less than stellar

There were lots of amenities and beach access is available across the street.

Cons:

Check in is listed as 4:00 PM. Per the desk clerk at check-in “check in begins at 4:00 but is not guaranteed”. It was absolutely ridiculous. No timeline provided as to when room would be available for checkin. I waited for over an hour until the sarcastic desk clerk finally checked us in. I was courteous and patient, unlike others, but still was pushed aside and denied checkin very last. Additionally, there were roaches in the unit!! Found in the kitchen and bathroom!

Pros:

Close beach access. Gated community. Friendly staff. Never had to leave the resort if you didn’t want to. Little shops and restaurants on the resort.

Cons:

Trash from previous people was left in condo. Fridge was leaking. When extra toilet paper was requested, we only got one roll. Not enough wash rags for 4 people.

Nothing, I need my refund because I didn't stay there.

Cons:

Didn't stay the room was dirty. The sheets ha brown spots on them and the toilet seat wasn't clean, towels had spots on them. Didn't stay had to move to another hotel.
