Pros:

If you're into the biggest breakfast in the world 🌎 you will find it here, and the kitchen staff are lovely... but 8.30am open, very late.

It is only a 7 min walk down the hill to the Gnome centre

Cons:

× zero attention to the viewing rooftop, people come for the balloons mostly and its just a concrete slab.

× you would expect them to know the best viewing time.. nope 🙅‍♂️ 🙅‍♀️ I went up the day before so rule of thumb 👍🏻 go viewing 30 min prior to sunrise (not 1 hour)

× Pool is freezing, not pleasant even on a hot day

x when i first booked i was pushed hard for tourism extras, when I agreed to a shuttle, they pushed for all my passport details months in advance and would not book without it. They said it was law.. its NOT. Dont give your passport details.
(Of course the usual need to show a passport is required on day of check in) very off putting.

I booked on viator, zero problem, no passport required. I Then didnt trust them for any other tourist bookings. Viator and GetYourGuide did a great job of options.

x Then I was asked 2 days before checkout for a positive review.
THEN building 👷‍♂️ construction started 2 hours later.

We hebben fantastische dagen gehad, en, mede door de vriendelijke hulp van het personeel, optimaal kunnen genieten van C
Pros:

De kamer was heel erg ruim, evenals de in de rotsen uitgehouwen badkamer die een verdieping lager was. Het hotel ligt op,loopafstand van het centrum van Göreme.
Het personeel was vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam, bijvoorbeeld bij het boeken van een ballonvlucht en het plannen van een rondrit voor de bezienswaardigheden. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, misschien alleen dat er mogelijk veel eten van het ontbijt overblijft en weggegooid wordt. Een buffet is misschien duurzamer.

Pros:

The staff was helpful in explaining all the various Tours available around Cappadocia area.
Unfortunately, we were not lucky because the wind blocked the hot air balloon trips, but that cannot be blamed on anyone. On the other hand we had more time to explore all the museum and locations around.

Cons:

Would have expected the restaurant to be open for dinner
