La habitación era muy bonita y con muchas comodidades.
Tenía unas vistas excepcionales de todo Goreme.
El personal muy atento.
Desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

El restaurante el resto del día permanecía cerrado. Tenías que pedir en recepción las consumiciones. Tenerlo abierto hubiese sido un acierto, en especial por la tarde, cuando había gente en la piscina.

Localização: as portas da cidade, a 5 min a pé do centro / confusão mas estratégico para começar e terminar o dia sempre com parque disponível, diferente das ruas do centro. Vista incrível para o centro da cidade e outras atrações; excelente para ver balões

Quarto: espaçoso e confortável
Pequeno almoço: farto! Com muita variedade para todos os gostos! Tinha alguns fritos que no último dia pedimos para trocar por mais fruta e o pedido foi acedido!
Partimos apenas à noite, tendo sido feito a gentileza de ficarmos na piscina de tarde após o check out, aproveitando assim um pouco este espaço que não tínhamos conseguido aproveitar antes.

Cons:

Gostaria de ter sido informada que havia horário específico de limpeza 13-15h, quando bateram a porta as 14h a minha filha estava a fazer a sesta e quando terminou as 15h30 já não foi possível limpar o quarto. O que fez com que ficássemos com toalhas sujas e lixo com fraldas dentro do quarto! O foi extremamente desagradável. Mesmo tendo pedido toalhas novas, que nos forneceram, não foram capazes de retirar as sujas que estavam no chão. Penso que é um pequeno pormenor que não custa levar, mas da logo outro ar ao quarto!
A casa de banho com banheira jacuzi caia constantemente pedras do teto, o que tornava a casa de banho extremamente suja, mesmo eu limpando várias vezes! A banheira ficava toda cheia de terra/pedras! Sair do banho com os pés lavados e ir para o chão do WC era extremamente desagradável porque ficavam sujos! Acredito que esta situação não seja nova à velocidade que após cada limpeza estava outra vez sujo!

La ubicacion es excelente, mas si llegas en auto alquilado. El hotel es nuevo y con muchas comodidades.
La habitacion excelente.

Beautiful room and lovely view & location. Staff could sharpen things up a bit though.
Pros:

Really stunning room. Comfy and clean bedding. The sauna and small pool overlooking the mountains were also amazing. The location was great and close to many lovely restaurants and tour guiding companies.

Cons:

The most frustrating thing was that breakfast was only served from 8:30 to 10;30 - which I find bizarre for any hotel but especially when the main attraction is getting up at 04:30 in the morning to see the balloon? You get back at 6:30am and then have to wait around for 2 whole hours. Which means you only get to go out at around 10am. The coffee machine was also broken so you can only get coffee once they put on the pot during breakfast.

Another very odd thing was that they only did our house keeping after 3 in the afternoon. Which was crazy to me as we had already gotten back from all our activities and our room was still not made. We also asked for coat hangers many times and was told house keeping would bring them which never happened.

The wifi is also quite weak in most places so don’t bargain on it to get anything significant done.

Lastly, I wouldn’t say it’s a fault of the hotel’s but there are really a lot of families staying here with small children. Like more than 2/3s had kids under 5. So if you’re looking for some quiet romantic time with your partner this might not be your spot 😅

Огромный номер с необычным оформлением. Кровать на мансарде, а ванная комната в углубление, очень просторная, с душевой кабиной и ванной. Персонал крайне дружелюбный, помог со всеми вопросами, организовали полет на шаре, дали интересные адреса ресторанов. Всё в пешей доступности, есть парковка

Cons:

В номере относительно темно так как номер был в углублении, и было всего лишь небольшое 1 окно. Кровать круглая, а это не очень удобно :D
