Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider hatten wir schlechtes Wetter und sahen 3 Tage keine Balons, das Hotel war aber bemüht uns immer zu Informieren und wegen eines neuen Flugtermin zu informiren. Das mit dem Shuttle hat auch super geklappt.

Cons:

Es ist etwas ausserhalb des Zentums aber zu Fuss gut erreichbar, aber dafür eine tolle Aussicht.
Whirlpool könnte renoviert werden.

beautiful and peaceful with staff and walking distnace to shops and restaurants without any hills
Pros:

great location for the balloon watching in the morning on roof top and staff friendly and helped us check in early as we had a morning transfer
They were very kind and lovely staff and managers
Capadpkya is beautiful wish we could have stayed a week there

전망좋고 객실도 넓고 편안하며 조식도 훌륭함. 괴레메에서 호텔을 찾는다면 최상급에 속한다고 볼수있음. 차 렌트시 무료 주차 공간도 있음.

Pros:

The room was very spacious and comfortable, although it felt a bit too warm at times. The view was great, and the location was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent overall, though it would be even better with a wider variety of options.

Cons:

It seemed there was a miscommunication about the airport pickup, as the driver was not there when we arrived, but fortunately we were able to find a shared shuttle service at the airport without much trouble. There were a couple of minor issues during our stay, such as some items like bottled water and toilet paper not being replenished on one occasion, but overall it did not affect our experience too much.

Pros:

L’emplacement et le personnel sont top et je trouve le rapport qualité prix correct

Cons:

j’aurais néanmoins apprécié avoir un dédommagement pour le désagrément (la chambre sur booking stipule avoir un jacuzzi mais il n’en n’était rien en réalité) car cette option et seulement réservé au chambre supérieur à la mienne
