An authentic Cappadocia experience with an amazing breakfast
Pros:

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel offers a truly authentic Cappadocia atmosphere with beautiful views and a very special setting. The breakfast was absolutely incredible – a real banquet with a huge variety of fresh and local products. Everything was very clean, comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful. A memorable stay.

Duże łóżko, trochę twarde ale wygodne. Pokój jest duży i przestronny. Śniadanie podawane przez obsługę do stolika. Dodatkowym atutem bylo jakuzzi w pokoju.

Wentylacja! A raczej jej brak! Miałam wynajęty pokój Panoramic King Stone Suite co po zdjęciach zasugerowało mi, że będę mieć piękny widok na balony o poranku. Nic bardziej mylnego. Szyby w pokoju są 24h zaparowane. Wycieranie ich nie przynosi żadnego skutku.

Ale zaczniemy może od początku. Przed przyjazdem kontaktowałam się z hotelem, że mój samolot ląduje bardzo wcześniej i czy jest możliwość szybszego zameldowania się oraz wymeldowanie również będzie bardzo wcześnie co jest spowodowane połączeniami lotniczymi. Hotel poinformował mnie, że meldowanie jest od 14 ale jak będzie taka opcja to oczywiście, że tak. Rezerwacja była od 7 do 10 marca. 7 marca zjawiliśmy się pod hotelem o 8 rano i pozwolono nam zostawić bagaże oraz posiedzieć w restauracji jednak nie przysługuje nam dzisiaj śniadanie, bo doba zaczyna sie od 14. Oczywiście jest to dla nas zrozumiane. Jednak obsługa wiedziała, że ostatniej nocy wyjeżdżamy bardzo wcześnie i nie załapiemy się już na śniadanie. Nie zaproponowali przeniesienia śniadania z ostatniego dnia na pierwszy. Ok godziny 11 dostaliśmy informację, że pokój jest wolny. Po wejściu do pokoju od razu trzeba było otworzyć drzwi i boczne okna bo zaduch był niesamowity. Nie wspominając o unoszącym się zapachu pleśni w pokoju. Duże okno w pokoju i przy jakuzzi się nie otwiera. Sa cały czas zaparowane i mokre. Pierwszej nocy była sauna w pokoju. Podłoga jest podgrzewana i z pokoju nie ma możliwość obniżenia temperatury. 8 marca poprosiliśmy o obniżenie temperatury w pokoju. Nasza prośba została spełniona. W łazience jest informacja żeby jak najrzadziej wymieniać ręczniki?! Bo na ich pranie schodzi dużo wody. Zapłaciłam 130euro za jedną noc. Chce mieć świeży ręcznik. Ręczniki wymienili na naszą prośbę. 9 marca o poranku ktoś chodził mi przed oknami gdy byłam jeszcze w łóżku pomimo tego, że taras jest odgrodzony. Ostatniej nocy chyba nam wyłączyli ogrzewanie bo było dosyć chłodno w pokoju. Klimatyzacja jest ale nie działa.

Exceptional Stay
