Pros:

We took an apartment that was clean, fully equipped, and very close to the Colosseum. But *Stephan *was an exceptional thing in the whole experience. He is very helpful and generous with his time. He gave us excellent suggestions to make the best of our short stay in Rome.

Comfortable and newly furnished. Good location, and very friendly and supportive staff.

מלון קטן נוח ונחמד בשכונת מונטי

המלון ממוקם בשכונת מונטי, סמוך לקוליסאום וקרוב יחסית לכל הנקודות המרכזיות של רומא, השכונה מלאה בפאבים, מסעדות, בתי קפה חנויות וינטג ועוד,ממש שכונה של המון צעירים שחוגגים את החיים!, מתחת למלון יש גם פאב ,כל ערב מתאספים במקום המון צעירים,לפעמים קצת מרעיש אבל ממש לא נורא. חדרי המלון מרווחים , מקפידים כל יום לסדר את החדר,צוות המלון בסדר!

ארוחת הבוקר מאד בסיסית, לדוגמא אין ירקות, שהינו במלון 8 לילות, בשלושה ימים ראשונים היה בחדר אוכל, איש צוות בשם רומן שהיה מאד נחמד ואדיב ודאג מאד לאורחים ,לא יודע מה קרה ,ביום הרביעי הגענו בבוקר ואמרו לנו שחדר אוכל סגור כי יש בעיה עם איש הצוות (זה דבר הזוי שלא קרה לי מעולם בבית מלון) כמובן שבסביבה יש המון בתי אוכל ובתי קפה ואכלנו בחוץ! ביום החמישי כבר הגיע מחליפה והיה סביר!
מלון כזה ברמה של 4 כוכבים חייב לשפר את ארוחת הבוקר שלו.

Cafe da manha nao incluido, era pago separado. O local é ótimo, o AP é bom e bem confortável.

A intransigência da equipe em referência ao check out. Primeiro que no dia anterior solicitei um check out tardío, coisa de duas horas a mais somente, me foi oferecido, mas a um custo de 100 euros, o que achei um absurdo. Entendo a explicacao da equipe, mas 100 euros por duas horas é absurdo. Bem, entao ficou acertado de ver no dia da saída. O fato que fui informado é que nao poderia, ok, sem problemas, porem além disso fui obrigado a sair as 10:00 mesmo enviando o print do anúncio que dizia que o check out era ate as 11:00. Nao adiantou, a equipe insistiu que o anuncio estava errado, e fui obrigado a sair as 10:00. A atitude foi desrespeitosa e rude, e me foi tirado um direito pelo qual eu havia pago. Guardaram minhas malas ok, mas na volta nao havia um único chveiro que pudesse ser disponibilizado para um banho rápido, devido ao calor do dia. Péssima atitude da equipe.

Semmi, visszakértük a foglalás árát és eljöttünk.

Cons:

Egy különálló lakásba helyeztek el, ahol a fürdő borzasztóan koszos volt. Az ágyban nem volt huzat a paplan körül, ràadásul foltos volt. Kértük, hogy takarítsanak ki, de már “nem volt ott senki”, kértunk másik szobát, az sem volt. Ilyen összegű szállásnál ez nekem nem elfogadható. Találtunk pár perc alatt a Colosseum mellett ugyanennyiért egy szuper, tiszta szállást.

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

Lovely room, really comfortable beds, layout of suite worked really well for a family of 4. Staff really very helpful.

Part of our room was noisy in the evening due to the bar outside.
