The location, it's very central and only 5 minutes away from the Collosium. There are also lots of restaurants and cafés close by.
We were checked in by a young lady who seemed like she didn't want us there or want to be there herself. She barley spoke to us, just huffed and puffed her way through everything. When your met by a host/receptionist you want to feel welcomed and we weren't. It was a quick hi, name, i need your credit card and passports.
Once checked in we were told breakfast at the hotel would only be in the hotel on Sunday morning from 7.30am, for the rest of our stay we were told we would be given tokens each morning and have to walk to a cafe 2 min down the road. I thought this was very strange and that made me think there were staff issues.
The Sunday morning breakfast was really disappointing not as advertised online. Stale croissants, biscuits & cake, a couple juices & toast, there was DIY nespresso coffee. The staff all hid in the back and I could hear them chatting behind a closed door, it felt very awkward. One girl brought me the toast, which was a poor quality sliced white bread,, there was no butter or jam so I didn't eat it.
The following day we took our tokens for the breakfast down the street, this was even more disappointing. We were immediately treated like an inconvenience because we had tokens and I'mguessing from what we recieved the hotel were paying the bare minimum. We were given a crossant each, juice, coffee & a ham/cheese toastie, we didn't get a choice, we were simply told that'swhat you're getting.
If your going to send guests to a cafe with tokens they should be up to a monetary value so guests can choose their own breakfast, if they go over the token value then they just pay the balance. Again not the breakfast advertised from the hotel.
The hotel has a lot of scuff marks, on walls and furniture making the paint work look cheap. There is also a very strange smell which is like damp carpets or something aroubd the whole place. Stains on all the carpets.
Our room was ok, clean.
Th cappuccino and fruit at the breakfast and the fact that it wasn’t far from the coliseum. The room was quite big for myself and two teenagers.
The air conditioning didn’t work, the tub was filthy and backed up, the staff was not accommodating and didn’t care that the air conditioning was broken. The shower was right in the room with no door or curtain and I was staying with my two teenagers. There’s a bar right below the window and there were about 50 people out there screaming each night, even weekdays.
The staff were very helpful & nothing was a problem. It’s in an excellent location with cafes & restaurants nearby.
The open shower room over bath in the room did not suit us. However this was not a big issue & did not spoil our stay.

I had to book this hotel on the day of because our flight got re-routed from Milan to Rome. Thankfully, they had a room available and the hotel is located in Monti, a quaint, tight-knit neighborhood. The location is really convenient because most of the attractions in the city center are a 15-30 min walk away. There are also some great restaurants and bars near the hotel.
We unfortunately decided to walk from Roma Termini to the hotel that morning, and we were dying of thirst and heat once we arrived. Giorgio greeted us warmly, promised they had A/C 😅, and showed us to our room. He even gave a little tour and how to use the lights, etc, which not many other hotels do.
The A/C was strong and helped us cool off from the June heat. The design of the room was very creative (hence the name of the hotel) and the colors popped and brightened up the atmosphere. I wish we stayed here for the other 3 nights we were in Rome, but we had booked another hotel for the rest of the trip. Thank you to Giorgio for answering our questions and giving us recommendations!
There was no exhaust in the bathroom and the sink bottom was flat, so you had to wash any debris or water down the drain.

מקלחת בלי דלת פתוחה לגמרי!! אי אפשר להתקלח ... רעש נוראי כל הלילה מלמטה אי אפשר לישון רגע. סיוט. וכל החדר חשוך, כמעט ואין אור בכלל.
Все очень понравилось, комфорт номера, большой санузел, чистота, удобный матрас, достаточное количество полотенец. Гостиница находится 2х минутах от метро Covuar.
Отсутствие возможности самостоятельно регулировать климат в номере или мы не разобрались(было очень холодно) отключили кондиционер дистанционно на ресепшен. Прям под гостиницей вечером собирается большая тёрка в соседнем баре 🍸, нам это очень понравилось-создавалась потрясающая атмосфера. Если вы любите лечь спать 😴 раньше возможно вам это не подойдёт.
Location is amazing despite the noise in the night from the bar.
Staff are so friendly and helpful specially Giorgio he supported a lot.
Nothing to say maybe the rooms lighting sensor was turning off if we are not moving in the room.
