Cafe da manha nao incluido, era pago separado. O local é ótimo, o AP é bom e bem confortável.

A intransigência da equipe em referência ao check out. Primeiro que no dia anterior solicitei um check out tardío, coisa de duas horas a mais somente, me foi oferecido, mas a um custo de 100 euros, o que achei um absurdo. Entendo a explicacao da equipe, mas 100 euros por duas horas é absurdo. Bem, entao ficou acertado de ver no dia da saída. O fato que fui informado é que nao poderia, ok, sem problemas, porem além disso fui obrigado a sair as 10:00 mesmo enviando o print do anúncio que dizia que o check out era ate as 11:00. Nao adiantou, a equipe insistiu que o anuncio estava errado, e fui obrigado a sair as 10:00. A atitude foi desrespeitosa e rude, e me foi tirado um direito pelo qual eu havia pago. Guardaram minhas malas ok, mas na volta nao havia um único chveiro que pudesse ser disponibilizado para um banho rápido, devido ao calor do dia. Péssima atitude da equipe.

Pros:

Lovely room, really comfortable beds, layout of suite worked really well for a family of 4. Staff really very helpful.

Part of our room was noisy in the evening due to the bar outside.

Semmi, visszakértük a foglalás árát és eljöttünk.

Cons:

Egy különálló lakásba helyeztek el, ahol a fürdő borzasztóan koszos volt. Az ágyban nem volt huzat a paplan körül, ràadásul foltos volt. Kértük, hogy takarítsanak ki, de már “nem volt ott senki”, kértunk másik szobát, az sem volt. Ilyen összegű szállásnál ez nekem nem elfogadható. Találtunk pár perc alatt a Colosseum mellett ugyanennyiért egy szuper, tiszta szállást.

extremely comfy bed and pillows. excellent and helpful staff

Cons:

Very poor breakfast selection. Not a good range of items. Fruit had seen better days, croissants stale! Not good for the pricepoint!

Appartement sale, désuet et sous-equipé

L'emplacement du logement tout proche du Colisée et l'agencement de l'appartement

C'était très très sale (voir photos) et il n'y avait quasi aucun équipement +très peu de vaisselle, le peu qu'il y avait était sale, pas de passoire, de torchon, de machine à café, de sel, de poivre par exemple, c'est le minimum pour un appartement), wifi ne fonctionne pas, tv écran avec un trait, télécommande dégoûtante, plaques de cuisson dégoûtantes, douche avec moisissures, le tuyau fuit, les joints de porte ne sont pas étanches, un des savon est décroché du mur, le lavabo ne s'écoule pas, la robinetterie est à changer, les poubelles ne sont pas nettoyées, pareil pour le micro ondes, des traces par ci par là sur les murs, la tête de lit est écaillée, le sol est complètement griffé, la tringle de la chambre se décroche, pas de télécommande pour les clims donc inutilisables, une des lumières de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas , matelas à ressort qui a déjà du vécu mais j'ai quand même bien dormi dessus
Cet appartement ressemble juste à une grosse blague, franchement payer plus de 1000 euros les 4 nuits c'est du pur vol, passez votre chemin !!
