Harika lokasyon.yurume mesafesinde taksim ve Nişantaşı'na. Üst katta kaldık ve asansör olmaması zorladı iki küçük çocukla ve bebek arabasıyla. Yatak rahattı ancak bebek yatağı yoktu ek olarak açılır kapanır yatak vardı ancak maalesef kullanmadık ayakları sorunluydu kapanıyordu yatağın kisa kenarlarını duvarlara dayadım k çocuklar düşmesin diye enine yattık . Odada bir masa bulunsa kullanışlı olurdu. Duş gideri küflü ve suyun gidişi çok yavaş yani tıkanmak üzere.genelvolarak memnun kaldık. İşletme sahibi çok güler yüzlü insan sinirlenemiyor eksikliklere. Eksiklerin giderileceğini düşünüyorum

Die Lage ist zwar Taksim sehr nahe, doch dieses Stadtteil ist nicht gerade sehr sicher. Der Rezeptionist war beim Fußball schauen als wir kamen und gab sich keinerlei mühe irgendwie aufzuraffen und war sehr unfreundlich.

This is a small hotel, tastefully decorated, and excellently located. The price point reflects excellent value for money., particularly with the larger rooms. Be sure to state that you would like you room cleaned on a daily basis if staying for more than one night. The staff are very helpful.

Otelin konumu çok iyi taksime 5 dakika. Odamız giriş katındaydı ama heran gibi ses gürültü yoktu sessiz sakin bir otel. Odaları gayet temizdi tek kötü tarafı oda biraz küçüktü heran gibi bi sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kalınabilecek bi otel meşhur baruthane pilavcısını tarif eden abimize teşekkür ederiz :)

It was the worst experience, I asked to cancel my second night because the bed was full of bed-bugs, they refused to refund and didn’t bother to offer changing the room, or even to check the bugs!

otelin konumu çok iyi. personel davranışı çok iyi ve saygılılar. fiyat uygun. temizlik,konfor vd iyi. Taksim civarında iş veya diğer amaçla seyahate gidecek vatandaşlara öneririm. Kahvaltı -yemek yok. Ama civarda çok sayıda kafe ve restoran var. Kalabalık aileler için önermem. Zira odalar1-2 kişi için uygun. 3 gün süresince anormal bir durumla karşılaşmadım.

First of all, the room was falsely advertised and were trying to put me in a room the size of a closet and told me they don't have anything else. I kept demanding to change the room for an hour and after that the clerk gave up and gave me another room. As you can imagine I was frustrated because I was exhausted after my long hours and the hotel was holding the room from me and tried to screw me. The second night the fire alarm was going from 1AM to 6AM with no one to talk to. The third night there was no internet and for the rest of the days it was slow as a turtle. The room was cleaned only once and I had to beg for towels. The gorgeous view that the advertised picture promised is in front of an apartment building literally 5 meters away and enhanced with the smell of the garbage beneath it. I decided to address the manager about the issues and he told to go eat food somewhere and leave him alone, matter of fact he put his hand on my shoulder and tried to be though and scare me. I told him to let go and he looked at me and laughed and said there is nothing that he will do and I can go ahead and keep barking. Hence, this is the first time I write a review. Unless you were planning to refer your mother in-law or the person who stole your parking spot, I won’t recommend it not even for free.

Ich war zwei Nächte im Hotel.Nach meiner ersten Übernachtung wollte ich mich duschen, da kam aber nur heißes Wasser und das ganz schwach. Am letzten Tag ging es wieder sehr gut das Wasser. Es gab auch kein Frühstück wie auf der Homepage angeboten.

Only thing is that we got no cleaners our entire trip inc no toilet rolls.
Location is close to the high street, just a street back from the main road. The main road is a 5-8min walk to istiklal cadesi and taksim so nice and close.
Not many staff present just a man that was pleasent but thats all

Ich habe andere Zimmer bekommen als was in Bild war und gebucht haben, 3 Stock ohne Aufzug, von 25 bis 30-10 keine sauber service in meine zimmer gehabt. Ich enttäuscht .

It's hard to know where to begin with this hotel. On the positive, the hotel is well located near Taksim Square with loads of transportation, shopping, and restaurant options. The bathrooms are modern and although there aren't many English channels, the cable TV is quite good. There is a refrigerator as well as a kettle with free coffee and tea.

I should have known I was in for trouble when I was told to pay cash at check-in before seeing the room.
I booked a regular single room, but what I got was a dark and dusty double room in the basement with no AC or heat. The only ventilation was a window that opened directly onto the pavement outside. Not exactly a secure situation. The bathroom was nicely appointed but smelled of sewage. Although it states that there is housekeeping on the listing, there was no cleaning or replacement of towels the three nights I stayed.

When I complained to the manager about the room all he could say was that he was full. He offered absolutely no compensation or any sympathy with the situation. I wouldn't mind the basement room if it was disclosed ahead of time and it was what I paid for. Couldn't even get an apology out of the guy. However, the night clerk was very kind and helpful.

I regularly stay in 2 and 3 star hotels in the Taksim area and this has to be the worst experience I've ever had in Istanbul.

Ich habe 5 Nächte gebucht bin 2 Tage vorher ausgechekt, weil an keinem dieser Tage es einen Zimmerservice gab. Als wir ankammen waren unsere Hand/Badtücher teilweise mit gelben flecken überseht. Niemand fragte und jemals ob wir was brauchen oder es kam niemand auf die Idee frische Hand/Badtücher anzubieten. Wir fanden im Badezimmer am Boden Haarstücke von denn vorgängern, das Zimmer war überhaupt nicht sauber und es ist in einer gasse in der es abends nicht empfehlenswert ist durch zu laufen, wenn ja dann schnell durch und weg.

Dies ist meiner Meinung nach kein Hotel es schärt niemanden einen dreck wie es euch geht.

I arrived and there was noone about so i had to spend money and ring an emergency turkish number to be let in the building, my room was not ready despite emailing the day before and confirming it was ok to check in early. The room intially was only quickly cleaned and the room was still dirty from guests before. During my 4 night stay nobody cleaned my room or replinished towels or toilet rolls.
