It doesn’t worth the money. The property wasn’t prepared to welcome customers on time.

Pros:

Property is located very close to Uzungol lake. But due to bayram/holiday season the area was very crowded and noisy. The hotel is very close to the open market and entertainment areas, so it was very noisy.
The guy who met us was very nice and helpful. He helped on all issues we had with accommodation. But the man who introduced himself as an owner of the property was unlikable.
In general, just seeing Uzungol was enough, even staying one night is not required as the area is very crowded in the summer time.
Might be visiting area is nice during fall time, and it is expected to be very silent as well.
