Genel olarak ortam ve hizmetten memnun kaldık. Nezih ve samimi bir aile ortami. Bahçe peyzaj ve hotelin konumu harika. Yeşil ve göl manzarasının içerisinde ruhunuz dinleniyor. Kahvaltı içeriği de güzeldi, hizmetten memnun kaldık. Tek rahatsız olduğum şey odadaki perdelerin çok tozlu ve kokuyor olmasıydı. Banyoda ki bazı malzemeler kirikti. Tuvalet kayıdı tutacagi ve sivi sabun şişesi gibi.Bunu da resepsiyona bildirdim, umarım degerlandirme altına alırlar.
Es war toller Aufenthalt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Ambiente , die Umgebung war sehr schön. FRÜHSTÜCK war sehr lecker und die Terasse als Aufenthaltsort für die Abendstunden oder Mittagszeit optimal zum Entspannen. Ich werde sicherlich wieder dort hin.
The staff - especially at the reception and the restaurant -was welcoming, nice and very helpful. The hotel is well located with an astonishing view on the Sapanca lake. However, there is no life in the hotel and around after 9pm. The rooms are clean, but have only basic amenities that lack maintenance.
Pool was good. Breakfast was good. The view down to the lake was excellent. The front of house lady at reception was very friendly and spoke excellent English.
The room felt a bit tired, as if it had not been refreshed for a long time. The fridge gave out a lot of heat. The bedroom window opened onto a noisy road.

Very nice, thoughtful and helpful staff and excellent food! When we arrived, they helped us park the car and checked us in quickly. The rooms were ready when we arrived. After our arrival, me and my mom went to the restaurant. It was very empty due to not a lot of guests being there. I absolutely loved the food the chef prepared and will recommend it to all of you! Later, I rested in my room in a comfortable and clean bed. I slept very well and had a nice breakfast afterwards before we checked out. For our first visit, we left very satisfied.

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff is really helpfull although not everyone speaks english.. You need a car! The views are beautiful and it's very peacefull!
We didn't get the meaning of served breakfast.. It would be probably better with a buffet selection.. But at least it was tasty! And the pool should be open more than just until 18..

Everything was perfect, we absolutely loved the hotel and the staff. It was also at a perfect location near many tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and fancy, 10/10 !

I hate to be the one to give negative feedback.
To be clear, my rating/feedback is against hotel policy and the attitude of the reception manager only.
I did a mistake with the dates (booked June instead of July), and I hold myself responsible for this mistake. I requested the hotel to change dates but they refused. I tried to reach to any sort of agreement where I can pay a penalty subject to changing the date but didn't work as well.
My only claim is that I didn't see any sort of professional customer care, even to suggest any way to help/offer complimentary service if I book the correct dates.

the reception man was aggressive and rude he made as buy the double amount of money because of the children, it was not written in the policy
