מלון ברמה גבוהה. הצוות מקסים. היתה לי פציעה ביד ופקידת קבלה בשם ניקה עזרה לי מאוד ליצור קשר עם מוקד החירום שהגיע לבדוק אותי והיא תרגמה הכל בסבלנות רבה.

Очень все понравилось, чистота в номерах, тепло, прекрасный спа, хороший ресторан при отеле. Отличное расположение, подъемник при выходе из отеля, каток, рядом продуктовый магазин. Шикарный бар-ресторан на горе.

Cons:

Не понравилось обслуживание в ресторане самого отеля, при пустом зале только прием заказа ждали 20 минут, мальчики-официанты вели себя грубовато и немного агрессивно. Но в первый вечер была совсем другая смена рабочего персонала и они были более внимательными и культурными по отношению к гостям. Хочу заметить, что мы были три девушки и трое детей возраста от 10 до 12 лет, мы не выпивали спиртного и со своей стороны вели себя очень культурно и с уважением. После такого отношения мы перестали посещать ресторан при отели, а стали ходить ужинать в соседний комплекс , где получали просто отличное и уважительное отношение на протяжении всего отдыха

Завтраки!!! ( еда очень не вкусная! Отсутствие карточек на подвесную дорогу ( как было ранее )

Hotel with its own ski lifts and slopes
Pros:

Excellent location. The best thing was that the hotel has its own ski lifts and slopes and they are right next to the hotel entrance. You don’t need to leave the hotel grounds or drive anywhere. The hotel has pool/spa, three restaurants, ice skating ring, playground, ski rentals, ski lifts and slopes.
