استغرب من اداره الفندق او بوكينق لماذا لم يتم توضيح بان الطريق للفندق مغلق من شهر فبراير 2026 حيث ان الطريق البديل غير معبد وغير مسفلت مسافه 2 كيلو متر مما يحتاج لسياره 4*4 وصعوبه الوصول للفندق حيث تضررت سيارتي المستاجره من الطين

الموضفين غير متعاونين حاولت اغير الغرفه لأطلاله افضل رفضو ذالك
وقلت لهم اني اريد التمديد 3 ايام اخرى رفضو ذالك بعد وحجز بموقع اخر وقبل خروجي قالو بأمكانك التمديد وتغيير الغرفه ورفضت ولم يعجبهم ذالك من تعبير وجوههم وعند الخروج تشك اوت ذهبو الى الغرفه وقالو لي ان معلاق الملابس ساقط ادفع 25 لاري ورفضت قلت لم افعل ذالك وبعد اصرار منهم للدفع قلت اريد المدير المناوب وعندها قالو لي بأمكانك المغادرة استغلال 😅

Не вперше приїхала і приїду ще

Сніданок добрий, мені подобається, що у готеля власний підйомник, гарний бассейн, є можливість приготувати чай/каву в номері.

Cons:

Облаштування номера потребує дрібного ремонту і з цим стикаюся вже не вперше. Наприклад, полицею для полотенець було страшно користуватись, бо був ризик, що вона відпаде.
