Pros:

Great facilities for a family with kids, right next to the gondolas, beautiful coffee shop on the top of the mountain (even though does not serve food yet the view was fantastic). The rooms are comfortable and good size, comfortable mattress but not comfortable pillows

Cons:

The heating system was extremelly hot, we had to sleep with the windows open in March, same at the pool area people were opening the windows. Extremelly disagreeable staff at the reception (a lady with blond and blue hair). The food at the buffet area was not good, not variety (breakfast and dinner) is better to dine at the lounge

Nothing extra but nice, good value for money,
Pros:

Considering it was end ot season and hardly any guests, service was good. Breakfast and buffet dinner were adequate, the staff was helpful.

Лучший отель на курорте.
Pros:

Расположение - идеальное, рядом с подъемником, Подъемник отеля соединен с другим подъемниками курорта. Для обеда и ужина - лучшие рестораны именно в отеле. Есть бассейн 25 м и спа, в самом отеле.

Cons:

Шведский стол на троечку. Очень грязная вода в бассейне. Но бассейн есть и он 25м, можно тренироваться.

فريق عمل عبوس عنصري بشكل لا يصدق تعامل فظ وقلة أدب وعدم احترام ، من اسوء الفنادق اللتي سكنتها ( يوجد رجل لديه لحية وامرأة شقراء في الاستقبال لم يتعاملو معي بشكل جيد اطلاقا ) .
