ما بزور هالمكان مرة ثانيه بسبب هالفندق. الموظفين غير بشوشين وغير مرحبين ولا مبادرين لإرضاء الضيوف .

تعامل الموظفين والخدمة وجودة وتنوع بوفيه الفطور لااااااا يرقى لفندق خمس نجوم. نطلب ماي منهم اكثر عن مرة لين ما مرة سرت روحي الريسيبشن اخذ من عندهم . اشتكيت ان ريموت التلفزيون ما يشتغل وطنشوني، وديته ثاني يوم عشان يصلحونه ، خذوه وما ردوه الغرفه! بغينا نفتح السوفا بيد قالوا ادفعوا فلوس ! مافي مكيف للعلم واذا فتحت النافذة تخاف تدخل حشرات . سوينا شيك اوت الصبح ، محد ساعدنا وقالوا روحكم شلوا الشنط ! طردوا اخواني من المسبح بحجة اللبس مب مناسب ، مع انهم سبحوا يومين فيه في المسبح نفسه واستخدموه في منتجعات سابقه في نفس السفره ! ما بسير مرة ثانيه هالمكان سبب هالفندق وأتوقع تعامل باقي الفنادق نفس الشي .

الفندق جميل جدا

الفندق بشكل عام جميل جداً من جميع النواحي وممتاز، ولكن للأسف واجهت سلبية كبيرة تتعلق بطاقم الاستقبال وخصوصاً موظفة الاستقبال التي لم تكن متعاونة وكان تعاملها سيئاً وغير مهذب. الأقسى من ذلك، أنه طوال فترة إقامتنا وعند دخولنا وخروجنا مع العائلة، كنا نتعرض لنظرات مستمرة وتضاحك فيما بينهم، مما خلق بيئة غير مريحة تماماً وأساء لتجربتنا. أتمنى تدارك هذا الأمر مع موظفي الاستقبال لأن تعاملهم لا يليق بمستوى الفندق.
