Modernes Hotel mit charmanten Gastgeberinnen
Pros:

Wir waren 2 Nächte mit unserer Tochter in Casa Alla Lega. Obwohl wir ganz spontan und recht spät gebucht haben, lief alles reibungslos und alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war lecker und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist in der Innenstadt von Arco und deswegen trubelig, aber für uns passend. Restaurants und Bars sind gleich um die Ecke. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und bedanken uns sehr für den herzlichen Aufenthalt.

So stellt man sich einen perfekten Hotelaufenthalt vor

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, vier Nächte im Casa Alla Lega zu verbringen und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Schon bei der Ankunft wurde ich unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Da mein Handy am Abend zuvor während meiner Reise kaputtgegangen war, befand ich mich in einer kleinen Notsituation. Sie hat mich unkompliziert früher einchecken lassen, mein Gepäck sicher aufbewahrt und mir sogar einen Reparaturservice in der Nähe empfohlen. So viel Engagement ist heutzutage alles andere als selbstverständlich.

Das Hotel selbst ist modern, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und überall makellos sauber. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen frisch und individuell auf Wunsch zubereitet, der Service war dabei stets aufmerksam und herzlich.

Als krönenden Abschluss bekam ich beim Check-out auf Nachfrage sogar noch Crushed Ice für meine Kühltasche, damit ich meine Heimreise gut antreten konnte.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den tollen Aufenthalt. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme beim nächsten Gardasee-Urlaub garantiert wieder! 😊

La struttura perfetta per una vacanza da sportivi (di tutti i livelli)

Staff di una cortesia e preparazione veramente rara da trovare, al giorno d'oggi. Abbiamo fatto una vacanza sportiva, con diverse uscite in bici. La struttura e lo staff ci hanno supportato in tutto, in questo modo è veramente comodo e facile fare sport con tutte le comodità possibili (a partire da un garage dedicato, con attrezzi!).

Veramente nulla, non sapremmo proprio cosa potrebbe essere migliorato.
