Il nostro soggiorno magico
Pros:

Il palazzo storico dove si sviluppa l' intero B&B è favoloso. Il forte contrasto tra la parte storica, ricca di affreschi e travi in legno e la modernità delle stanze che sono molto accoglienti, arredate con finiture di pregio. L' affaccio sul tetto del ristorante, creato con la vite,, situato nel cortile interno è magico!, La sala delle colazioni sembra il salone delle feste di un castello, con travi a vista ed affreschi. La colazione è varia ed abbondante, servita dal personale di sala attento è molto gentile. La posizione è perfetta perché si trova nel centro storico all' interno dell'isola pedonale dove si possono raggiungere tutti gli angoli suggestivi di Arco.

Wir waren zu zweit für fünf Tage in diesem Hotel und insgesamt wirklich sehr zufrieden.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit einem kleinen Balkon ausgestattet. Man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt und alles war sehr gepflegt.

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück. Es war jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet und sehr abwechslungsreich, mit frischem Obst und vielen weiteren Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Zusätzlich wurden auf Wunsch Omelett, Rührei oder Spiegelei frisch zubereitet. Auch Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato und ähnliche Kaffeespezialitäten waren ohne Aufpreis erhältlich – ein wirklich toller Service!

Zum Hotel gehört außerdem ein Restaurant direkt unterhalb des Hotels. Das Essen dort war hervorragend und als Hotelgast bekommt man sogar 10 % Rabatt auf die Rechnung. Eine wirklich schöne Ergänzung zum Aufenthalt.

Für Gäste, die mit dem Auto anreisen, stehen Hotelparkplätze in einem Parkhaus zur Verfügung, das etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt liegt. Die Parkplätze sind allerdings kostenpflichtig. Für unseren Aufenthalt von 5 Nächten haben wir insgesamt 60 € für das Parken bezahlt.

Der Service war ebenfalls außergewöhnlich. Das gesamte Personal war extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen konnte man sich jederzeit persönlich oder unkompliziert per WhatsApp melden und bekam immer sehr schnell eine Antwort.

Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen und rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende wohlgefühlt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Camera moderna, ottima posizione
Pros:

Posizione ottima, proprio in centro. Camera che sembra essere stata ristrutturata da poco, moderna, ben servita.

Cons:

La nostra camera era sopra al ristorante della struttura e quindi si sentiva rumore da sotto anche quando il servizio era chiuso

Le camere sono molto ampie, il bagno ha una bellissima doccia e i letti sono comodi, le ragazze dello staff sono molto gentili e disponibili e c'è un'ottima colazione. Si trova nel pieno centro di Arco nella zona pedonale, all'uscita della zona pedonale c'è un parcheggio a pagamento dalle 8 alle 12 e dalle 14.30 alle 19.00.
Anche al ristorante si mangia molto bene

L'unica pecca è che c'è un piano di scale senza ascensore, ma rimane comunque un ottimo posto

Sehr schönes, kleines individuelles Hotel in der Altstadt von Arco. Sehr Zentral. Unwahrscheinlich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe, und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß (keine Parkplätze am Hotel, da in der Altstadt, jedoch kein Problem) Kleiner Tipp: sehr gutes Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur bestens empfehlen.

Modernes Hotel mit charmanten Gastgeberinnen
Pros:

Wir waren 2 Nächte mit unserer Tochter in Casa Alla Lega. Obwohl wir ganz spontan und recht spät gebucht haben, lief alles reibungslos und alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war lecker und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist in der Innenstadt von Arco und deswegen trubelig, aber für uns passend. Restaurants und Bars sind gleich um die Ecke. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und bedanken uns sehr für den herzlichen Aufenthalt.
