A recepção e o ânimo dos funcionários todos em simpatia; todos eram solícitos.
A localização é o ponto forte. Como se diz: "mão na roda" porque dá para conhecer muitas atrações turísticas a pé, além do que a estação de metrô Spagna é perto.
O edifício é antigo. Há um grande esforço em torná-lo confortável com mobílias novas e funcional.
Há opção de glúten free no café da manhã.
Ainda sobre o café da manhã: não compromete, é bom, mas não é surpreendente.
É muito rigoroso entrar no acesso do edifício antigo, pois é preciso de uma senha para entrar na principal e posteriormente preencher com outra senha ou o cartão de acesso para ir até o quarto.

Good location
We asked for a double bed but we got two single beds joined together which meant at night the beds separated leaving this gap between the two beds. Did not make for a great sleep. As well our final day the bathroom door frame came apart.
Central Location helps a lot to come and rest afternoon before evening dinner.
We got an upgrade to a bigger room which was great also.
Coffee free at all hours.

All was great
The biggest advantage of this place is definitely the location. It is very central, within walking distance of major attractions like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, which made exploring Rome very convenient.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I especially want to highlight the reception team, who were kind and accommodating. On our departure day, they stored our luggage, offered us coffee, and kept us informed while we waited for our transfer. They also arranged a very comfortable and reliable airport transfer for us, which we really appreciated, even though it was slightly more expensive than a regular taxi (€ 65).
There were also some nice touches like the minibar being included and refilled daily, as well as coffee and basic refreshments being available during the day. Breakfast was decent, not exceptional but perfectly fine.
Considering the price, the overall quality of the accommodation did not meet expectations. The property feels more like converted apartments than a proper hotel. The room itself was quite basic and somewhat worn down.
Cleanliness was totally acceptable, however the equipment did not feel up to the standard one would expect at this price point (even considering the location and in comparison to other European capitals). The comfort and overall quality of the accommodation fall short for the price. If location is your top priority, it may still be a suitable choice, otherwise there are likely better value options in Rome.
Great location in central Roma and friendly staff
The view from my room but it did not not much bother me as you stay all your time outside in Roma

Ha tutto e anche più di quello che ci si aspetta. Spritz di benvenuto, buona dotazione di caffè e te e un frigo bar gratuito e ben fornito.
La pulizia è impeccabile.
Très bien situé et propre
Ce n est pas vraiment un hôtel, l accueil était dans un immeuble et notre chambre dans un autre immeuble. Les photos laissent penser à des grandes chambres spacieuses, la notre était minuscule et donnait sur la rue et donc très bruyante. De la même manière le petit déjeuner se fait dans un espace exiguë, la courette est étroite, et le petit déjeuner n a vraiment rien de délicieux… J ai du mal à comprendre comment c est possible autant de commentaires positifs..
