Il mio soggiorno a Villa Fontanelle è stato veramente positivo, oltre alle mie aspettative.
Pros:

Posizione molto comoda. L'Ospedale Careggi è raggiungibile in 5 minuti in macchina.
La struttura è bellissima. Io ho soggiornato in gennaio e quindi non ho potuto sfruttare gli spazi esterni (che anche in inverno sono tenuti in maniera impeccabile) e la piscina. La camera fantastica. In realtà è una suite. Colazione ottima. il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Stanza e tutti i locali molto puliti e curati nei minimi dettagli. Il salone per la colazione bellissimo, dotato di un grande caminetto

Quando abbiamo visto la camera e il bagno al piano inferiore ,abbiamo avuto paura di notte di cadere scendendo quella scala ripida ,sia io , che mia moglie.hotel segnalato malissimo, abbiamo fatto il giro del posto 3 volte ,abbiamo chiesto a diverse persone ,e tutti hanno confermato che era segnalato malissimo, abbiamo dovuto telefonare x trovarlo .quando ,dopo che la direttrice non ha voluto cambiare la camera , abbiamo telefonato diverse volte a booking non siamo riuscite a parlare mai con lo stessa persona .stesso giorno del arrivo ,circa alle ore 16.00 siamo andati via a cercare un altro hotel a Firenze. Anche se il nostro era già stato pagato alla riservazione circa euro 750.00, abbiano fatto una esperienza negativa .abbiamo sempre viaggiato in tutta Europa con booking, mai avuto questo tipo di problemi.

Posto fantastico, peccato per i particolari....
Pros:

Il posto e la posizione della camera sono magnifici, vista su Firenze e stile elegante classico,, vista su Firenze e stile elegante classico bellissimo, la camera (la colombaia) ha una posizione incredibile e solo per questo vale comunque la pena di andarci, il letto era molto comodo, la temperatura della stanza era perfetta. L'accesso al terrazzo comune e alla torretta ti fanno godere di un relax è un paesaggio mozzafiato.

Cons:

La colazione purtroppo non è all'altezza dell'Hotel, una colazione povera di qualità che posso aspettarmi in categorie inferiori, purtroppo la camera non è curata nei particolari. (lampadine mancanti, spine elettriche staccate/non sufficienti per bollitore e caffe in camera). Inoltre un runner con dei cuscini sul letto e dei tappeti veramente improponibili (nulla di che, si toglie il tutto e si risolve ma non dovrebbero esserci), i cuscini non sufficienti (non c'era la scelta e noi non abbiamo chiesto di averne altri).
