Good stay but staff needs to be more professional instead of trying to rush people before check out.

Nice location, good breakfast

Cons:

House keeping started knocking on door at 10am when check out is 12 and do not disturb sign was on. They walked into room at 11 while we were still in there. And then again at 11:15. Very unprofessional.

Great stay
Pros:

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The GM went above and beyond to meet all needs.

Cons:

There was only 1 issue and that was with the pool. It was a situation that the staff had no control over but went out of their way to fix it in a more than timely manner and even accommodated us for it.

Pros:

My booking was canceled when I showed up so I wouldn't know if I liked anything.

Cons:

I emailed this hotel.to tell them It would be 10pm before I could check in on the night I was staying. They responded back with that was fine. I get there at 9:45pm ND the girl says they were just about to call me, which was a lie, bc they canceled my booking due to being overbooked. This left my family without somewhere to stay at 10pm. Thank God the the LA Quinta next door.
