Nice rooms. The hotel's placement is really close to the city center (2-3 minutes walk), also close to most touristic points, especially Fishmarket, which is a must go.
The wifi coverage and speed is great.
The staff was really helpful
The room's sound insulation is not great, i could hear people in the hallway (even not close to my room) and people outside the building.
The rooms was good, but more "visually good" than "practical", like art like sink, table, chairs etc..
But the shower didn't have a door, so to remove the water, we needed to use something like a squeegee broom, so not ideal.
Location excellent. Staff very helpful. Left luggage room useful.
Room small and very little room in reception to chill out and escape the rain.
Friendly and helpful front desk staff, good (but not great) breakfast at attached restaurant.
Room had no windows, no closets, a bizarre lighting system, a slippery shower and bathroom floor (no barrier between the two), and was very, very small, especially for the price. Cleaning was--shall we say--haphazard.

Fikk først nøkkel til feil rom, som var bebodd. Luktet svakt kloakk i hotellområdet, utvendige sluk var tette og fløt over i regnet, dusj hadde svakt trykk.

The location was good and the staff were really nice. For 3 nights we stayed in a really unpleasant little room but were upgraded for the 4th night and this more suitable room made such a difference to our last night in Bergen. Breakfast was average.
The room was not suitable for two people, we could barely squeeze round the bed which had to be pushed against the windows. I felt like I was in a crummy hostel. I was told this was the 'standard' room. We were finally upgraded for the 4th night of our stay.
There was a terrible smell of kitchen drains in the main corridor.
I definitely overpaid for the crummy hostel room too. We'd had much nicer accommodation in Oslo for a similar price. It really affected our time in Bergen. I'd like someone from Radissons Individuals to inspect this room and imagine staying there.
Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Das erste Zimmer hatte kein Aussenfenster. Das Ersatzzimmer war leider bis früh morgens sehr laut durch einen Pub gegenüber. Danach kam dann die Müllabfuhr.
