BAD STAFF/ LAZY STAFF NOT HAPPY TO WORK
Pros:

The hotel was closed. We were transferred to another hotel without our consent, and the hotel sent us a simple message in Norwegian via Booking.com, then sent a welcome message. Very poor communication and experience.

Pros:

Midden in het oude centrum, tussen mooie gebouwen

Cons:

Het was onduidelijk waar precies de ingang was, ga dus niet de supermarkt in zoals wij! De ingang is via restaurant Villa Blanca

Fin beliggenhet, men førsteinntrykk og støy trakk ned
Pros:

Flott beliggenhet og fine rom.

Cons:

Merkelig mottakelse i resepsjonen. De sa ikke velkommen, men "hvilket hotell skal du på"? Etterpå sa de at det var tre Magic Hotels i Bergen, men hvorfor da ikke si "Velkommen til Magic Hotel Korskirken". De aller fleste gjestene vet vel hvilket hotell de har booket....
Ellers var det mye støy fra en bar bak hotellet og i tillegg fra en lastebil som gikk på tomgang fra 03-04 på morgenen.
Hotellet var ellers utformet litt som en labyrint.
