Gut aber ausbaufähig.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen (ca 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof) Buslinie 3 direkt vor der Haustüre. Das Zimmer war geräumig, hatte keinen Teppichboden (sehr angenehm), und war perfekt ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war zwar straßenseitig, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sowohl hinsichtlich der Qualität als auch des Angebotes ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig - man konnte die Nachbarn reden hören. Die Lüftungsanlage ist ziemlich laut. Das Abendessen, was bei der Halbpension inkludiert war, war okay, die Portionen aber klein. Es zahlt sich wahrscheinlich mehr aus auswärts zu essen. Auch wenn das Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet war, war es komplett überfüllt. Wir hatten Glück und konnten noch ohne Wartezeit einen Platz auf einem Hochtisch direkt neben der Tür ergattern. Die Hotelgäste, die nach uns gekommen sind, mussten aber teilweise mehr als 20 Minuten auf einen Tisch warten. Zudem führte die Überfüllung auch dazu, dass man beim Buffet ewig anstehen musste. Hier bräuchte es also entweder ein größeres Buffet mit mehr Tischen oder die Anzahl der Zimmer, die mit Frühstück vergeben werden, sollte limitiert werden. Durch die wartenden Personen nebenbei konnte man sein eigenes Frühstück auch nicht entspannt genießen.

Für die eine Nacht war es okay, würden aber nicht nochmal dort buchen.
Pros:

Die perfekte Lage zum Theater „Harry Potter und das verwunschende Kind“ die Rezeption war super lieb

Cons:

Das Bett war sehr hart, ebenso die Kopfkissen. Die Bar war ursprünglich bis 0 Uhr auf, und wurde um 22:45 gesagt wir sollen das letzte Getränk bestellen oder bezahlen, da sie Feierabend machen möchte.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral, man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Innenstadt oder an Bus, U oder S-Bahn Haltestellen Zimmer sauber und modern!
