Für Besucher von HARRY POTTER optimale Lage
Pros:

Die Lage zum Veranstaltungsort von HARRY POTTER war überragend gut. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die kostenlose Mini-Bar war super und wurde täglich aufgefüllt. Die Fenster waren sehr geräuschdämmend. Das Frühstück hatte alles, was man benötigt hat.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte teilweise komplett überfordert und war sehr langsam. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Man konnte alles von den Nachbarn hören, einschließlich der morgendlichen Vergnügung miteinander. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr schlecht für ein Stadthotel.

Das Geld nicht Wert
Pros:

Die Mitarbeitenden waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage hat sich als winziges Parkdeck entpuppt. Der Boden im Zimmer war nicht gesaugt und allgemein war es staubig. Die Bodenleisten waren unschön und dreckig. Die Halterung des Seifenspenders ist fast abgefallen. Das Licht im Bad war lediglich eine kleine Funzel an der Decke und es gibt kein Spiegellicht. Die Duschtür war von innen mit nassen Händen kaum zu öffnen und an der Decke ist die Farbe abgeplatzt.
