Important information:

Please note that Tallinn City Apartments does not have a 24-hour reception service. Guests arriving after 19:00 are kindly requested to contact the property directly to arrange key collection.

Guests using parking are required to give a EUR 50 deposit upon check-in for remote control. It is fully refundable upon departure after returning the remote control.

The building features a terrace which is shared between some of the apartments.

Please note that this property charges a deposit of EUR 200 per apartment.

Only card or contactless payments are possible, cash payments are not accepted.

Please note that the property can only be accessed via stairs.

Guests are requested to inform the property prior to their expected arrival time.

You are required to complete an online check-in form prior to arrival, which includes providing ID and credit card details. Please always inform us of your expected time of arrival. Only card or contactless payments are accepted. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon arrival to cover potential incidentals.

This is fully refundable after check-out in couple of days period, subject to a damage inspection. The amount depends on the booking period.

Deposits: All apartments 100€. New Year's Eve period: Studio Apartment 100€, 1-Bedroom 200€. Please note that the building does not have an elevator.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Mitten in der Altstadt. Gute Ausstattung. Sauber. Freundlich. Zentraler geht nicht. Einfache Scglüsselbehändigung mit Code.

Location was excellent. The access for the apartment was very easy and safe.

Cons:

The apartment was very comfortable, but the bathroom was very small and the shower controls were easily knocked, making it likely for the water to be extremely hot, therefore quite dangerous.

Pros:

Stanovanje je v samem centru Talina, tik bo mestni hiši. Dokaj prostorno, solidno opremljena kuhinja. Malo ga sicer že načenja čas, potrebna bi bila kakšna popravila ( kopalnica, okna...). Ker je bilo zelo hladno zunaj, smo pogrešali kakšno grelno napravo za jutro in večer. Stanovanju pripada tudi mala terasa, sicer s pogledom na (zanemarjeno) dvorišče, ampak v lepem vremenu dobrodošla. Stanovanje oddaja agencija, zato je komunikacija z njimi precej neosebna (dobivate samo splošna obvestila in navodila).

Modern comfortable apartment, fantastic location
Pros:

Very central location in the middle of the old town, new, very clean, modern, comfortable apartment. Highly recommended.

Cons:

There is no lift so may be a problem for some but it was fine for us.

Pros:

Perfect location! Photos matched the property. Communication was excellent before, during and after our stay. Would stay again and would recommend to others.

Cons:

Older people, or those who are mobility compromised, may find the shower intimidating due to the height of the tub. There are no grab bars to assist getting in or out.

Pros:

Newly renovated app in a historic building, on the very center of the city. The app has everything one would need. The bedroom looks on an garden, very private; the living room looks on the lively street of the inner city.

Cons:

Sleeping in the living room (if more than teo use the app) may be difficult due to the noise on the lively street. But its worth!
