Expected more from a Hilton
Pros:

The staff at the front desk and the ladies in the kitchen are really kind. The egg breakfasts were awesome, literally they did the best omlettes and fried eggs. The room was spacious, clean, in style. The location was amazing for us: it was calm, clean, organized, was easy to reach Honolulu and other parts of the island.

Cons:

We have really tried to enjoy our stay at the hotel, but unfortunately, we have had several issues during our time here. When we arrived after a 30-hour journey from Hungary, Europe, the room was only set up for 2 people, even though we booked for 3. There were only two towels, the shower head wasn't working properly and it needed to be changed right away. My blanket was taken twice during housekeeping. We also had trouble with the lights in the back of the room, which took three requests to get checked. And the shampoo and conditioner weren't refilled until the third time we asked.
Actually the breakfast itself was extremely poor. There was no vegetables, the only way we could eat some, it was in the omlettes. The fruits, which was apples and melons, once bananas, were emptied out fast and wasn't reloaded. We expected some local fruits like pineapples, more bananas, mangos... There were no fresh juices. Also, there weren't any cold cuts like cheeses and cold meats. No gluten free options.
