AUNQUE LAS FUNDAS DE LAS ALMOHADAS ESTABAN PERFECTAMENTE LIMPIAS, SE PERCIBÍA UN HOLOR A SUDOR QUE SEGURAMENTE PROVENÍA DE LAS ALMOHADAS EN SÍ
Camas cómodas, habitaciones limpias... La chica de la limpieza del piso fue la única amable y disponible para ayudar al momento de mi ingreso ya que llevaba varias cosas. De ahí en fuera, en general no son tan amables ni sonrientes. Tenía expectativas más altas del establecimiento.
Sin elevador.
Mi estancia fue muy cómoda. El hotel tiene instalaciones modernas, un ambiente agradable y el personal siempre fue atento. En general, tuve una experiencia tranquila y satisfactoria. Me gustó mucho la limpieza de las habitaciones, la comodidad de la cama y las instalaciones en general. El diseño del hotel es moderno y acogedor, y el personal fue amable durante toda la estancia. El desayuno fue bueno, con opciones suficientes y de buena calidad.
La ubicación es excelente: cerca de zonas céntricas, con acceso rápido a restaurantes, transporte y puntos de interés.
El único detalle es que en algunas áreas se escuchaba un poco de ruido por la noche, aunque no fue algo que afectara demasiado mi descanso. Quizá una mayor variedad en el desayuno o mejorar la insonorización de los pasillos. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo bien.
La atención, limpieza, comodidad, sabor y presentación de los alimentos y ubicación todo excelente.
Que los elevadores no funcionaran.

The toilet leaking and they didn’t fix it and mold in the bathroom.
I loved the bed, so SO comfortable. The pillows and linen were so soft and it was probably the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. The flat screen telly had a Roku TV stick so during siestas I could put on what I wanted. The views of the city was great, and the shower + room in general was the cleanest I've ever had, not a single bug or smudge in sight. Fresh linen and towels daily plus free bottles of water, soap, shampoo, THE WORKS! The staff were accommodating to me not speaking very much Spanish and were helpful in general. The hotel in near a couple of hikes and only a ten minute walk from the bus station. I felt safe and secure 🔐
