Please note that all staying guests need to present their identification card or passport upon check-in. From July 11, 2022, the operation of Xiamen Songyu Wharf will be suspended due to reconstruction and expansion. Tourists going to Gulangyu can take a boat from the cruise center Xiagu Wharf during the day, and take a boat from the Xiamen Ferry Wharf Hall 2 at night.

Overall, the hotel stay was average. Most aspects were acceptable, though not particularly outstanding. One notable issue was the behavior of some guests — for example, someone was smoking in the lobby during my stay, which was unpleasant and surprisingly, no one stopped him.
There was also a noticeable odor in the room upon arrival. It wasn’t very pleasant at first. However, I eventually got used to it after the first night.
While the stay was manageable, a bit more attention to cleanliness and air quality would certainly improve the experience.
Facilities, cleannesses
The doorman don’t help to unload the luggage when enter the hotel, and delivered to my room. I need to manage to handle the luggage trolley to my room. This is awful and not expected in a hotel under that brand of Hilton.
