Carpets throughout very dirty.
Pros:

Not much, menu very limited and very expensive. Seating was in the general travel area on the first floor. Staff though were very friendly.

Cons:

The dinner menu was much more expanded than the breakfast and decent prices. The dinner searing on the top floor outside was very nice.

I liked that the room was clean and the room was quiet. The staff was professional and always friendly. I also liked that it was only five minutes from the airport.

It is and will always be our favorite place to stay in Santa Barbara.
Pros:

The room had been refurbished and was very comfortable and attractive.
The breakfast was great and Heather was wonderful as she took care of our family who came to join us for breakfast.
The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Cons:

Well, because it had just been redone, there were a couple of quirks that we reported to the staff, who would take care of it.
Didn't like the fire alarm that went off at 2:45 a.m.😒

Hotel staffed by ghosts.

Cons:

Under construction on one full floor. Staff hard to find and indifferent. 3am fire alarm sends every one to parking lot in the rain no staff to answer questions a fireman states false alarm you can go back to your room.

Loud and chaotic
Cons:

Construction, loud lobby, staff dragging loud trash cans right outside my window, and worst of all, a false fire alarm went off throughout the hotel at 8:30am on Saturday morning
