For the locat
Cons:

Having to sign up for Hilton honors to get WiFi. Also didn’t like that I was charged for parking with out my knowledge. I was asked if I had a car but never told about charge or head up I need to put a pass in car. I didn’t notice there was a pass until the next day!!

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT
Pros:

I would give this hotel a 0/5 stars if I could!! During a busy weekend here in Goleta, my two little sisters and I were harassed and threatened in the parking lot of this hotel by an employee of this hotel itself. He threatened to tow our cars away without previously checking that we had been paying for the parking permit for the past 5 nights!! The front desk people did absolutely nothing to help and continued to support their own employee’s inappropriate behavior and rudeness to me and my younger sisters. Save yourself some stress and don’t stay here!!!

Carpets throughout very dirty.
Pros:

Not much, menu very limited and very expensive. Seating was in the general travel area on the first floor. Staff though were very friendly.

Cons:

The dinner menu was much more expanded than the breakfast and decent prices. The dinner searing on the top floor outside was very nice.

I liked that the room was clean and the room was quiet. The staff was professional and always friendly. I also liked that it was only five minutes from the airport.

It is and will always be our favorite place to stay in Santa Barbara.
Pros:

The room had been refurbished and was very comfortable and attractive.
The breakfast was great and Heather was wonderful as she took care of our family who came to join us for breakfast.
The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Cons:

Well, because it had just been redone, there were a couple of quirks that we reported to the staff, who would take care of it.
Didn't like the fire alarm that went off at 2:45 a.m.😒
