Very nice people and safety was good with friendly security guards.

Home next to the beach but couldn’t go on the beach because it was dirty, which I understand after the storm. Now the inside of the condo needs a lot of work and cleaning. Broker widows, fuescets, walls and the washing machine was also not working well. We had no cable so I don’t understand why even have a tv in the room.

I have worked in hospitality for over 15 years, so I never like to see all of the negatives about their stays at their rental. I would like to state that the apartment is very spacious, has great views and in a great location. I would have given the apartment a 4 or 5 star if the owner put some money back into the place or even returned your calls if you have problems during your stay. Another plus about the apartment/property is that the employees/security on the property were very helpful and friendly.

The owner was really easy to deal with. The unit was adequate and large enough for us. We had a 3 bedroom with 2 baths. The unit was clean and equipped with the necessary items. The unit is in need of updating and there was some damage that we attributed to hurricane Maria. There was a nice pool area and the beach was on site. It is not a swimmable beach due to the rocky areas near the shore and very large waves but we enjoyed the pool. The time of year that we went is also known to be very windy and we had lots of windy weather sometimes up to 25 mi/hr winds that felt too strong for our comfort. The price we paid was fair for what we got.
