Pros:

Firstly the owner was Great! He was super friendly and attended to all my queries immediately!! The apartment is great for a small family of 2 adults and 2 small kids. Comfy bed, secure parking, nice access to the Zimabli facilities.

Cons:

Check in is sometimes abit of a wait, also cleaners need to do a better job.

Cons:

When we checked in the apartment had a mold smell, which was not a good impression for first night. Housekeeping also didn't change sheets daily which is also a concern.

Simply an awesome place to stay
Pros:

Ahead of arrival, the owner was in constant communication as you need access to the estate etc. The accommodation itself is perfect. Clean, well furnished and spacious. Very handy as I was attending a conference and the hotel was sold out.

Pros:

It’s in a great place. Has access to a lot of places for leisure. Well furnished. Host always available to help resolve issues.

Cons:

The apartment was really damp. As a result has a certain unpleasant damp smell. Also, the lights would sometimes go off even after the owner told me how to fix the issue.

The reception is very friendly. They gave us the key to the apartment and directions to park. The door/lock has still not been fixed so it was difficult to enter and close the apartment. On entry we noticed a bad smell and realised it was the carpet that had not been cleaned.

Cons:

We found the apartment very dirty with food messed in the microwave which made it impossible to use. The carpet was so dirty we rolled it up and put it away as we didn't want to stand on it. The floors were very sticky and the mould in the bathroom shower was disturbing. We were not able to use the pots and pans as they still had food on them and were very old.
