Pros:

It was a lovely place. Clean and safe. Good location.

Cons:

Washing our dishes. Upstairs unit and too many stairs to climb. No access card with the keys which meant asking the security to open for us every time we went out or came in.

Pros:

The apartments are well situated in Umhlanga. The Security at the Gate are helpful for check-in except they did not help take us to the correct building where our rooms were situated despite coming very late at night.

Cons:

I had booked three different apartments, and one apartment occupant had a critical meeting in the morning of the checkout. We made arrangements for a late checkout on just one apartment and it was extended by one hour only disrupting the guests ability to attend the meeting.
