Nice breakfast and great location

From the moment I booked our 2 rooms at this hotel, the manager kept in touch with me to ensure our arrival and stay in Goreme had a smooth transition and start to a wonderful vacation!
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and accomodated our every need.
We had an issue with our sink filling up, but they were able to fix it relatively quickly.
The location of this hotel is great! Theres plenty of shopping right up the hill, and all the attractions with tours can pick you up right at the door of this hotel because of how central it is!
Buffet breakfast was great! The manager even gave us to-go breakfast sandwiches and juiceboxes to eat on our way back to the airport, which was such a thoughtful touch to our overall stay at Shoestring Stone House!
I would book this place again in the future.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic from start to finish! Everything matched the description on the website, especially the free parking, which was a big plus. There were always available spots, and the staff kindly helped us with parking and our luggage.

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable – we really appreciated having plenty of room to relax. It was clear that everything was well maintained.

Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome.

We had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel. We’d love to return! <3

Nice big rooms, great staff, close to the action in Goreme. Breakfast however was very limited but ok.

The room and the bathroom are spacious. The double bed is big and comfortable. During winter there’s heaters in the room to keep it cozy. We stayed for 2 nights and would have stayed longer if we could.

We got so sick from the toxic mold in the hotel room. It’s such a cute hotel but this is a really big problem there, as most of the rooms smell like mold and mildew, but ours was especially moldy and had visible signs of mold inside the bathroom cabinet, on the ceiling, and on the walls. We suffered from flu-like symptoms due to the mold, and repeatedly felt a lot better as soon as we left the hotel and were out in the fresh air for some time. We brought our concerns to the attention of the hotel owner, but he refused to let us check out early and receive a refund. Really not a good experience for us. Aside from the mold, there was trash around the outside of the hotel, and the noise late at night and early morning kept waking us up. We do not recommend this hotel to others until the owner makes some much-needed improvements.

The room was nice, clean and big enough for a family of 4. It's a well maintained facility. The hotel is very close to high street so we could shop nearby, restaurants are closer. It was 24 hour reception.

Muito perto de tudo e com um excelente atendimento. Getin e Selma são pessoas maravilhosas que fizeram de tudo para me agradar. O quarto é muito bom. Café da manhã, idem. Enfim, excelente hotel.

Biz sadece gece uyumak için gittik gittiğimizde çok sakin ve sessizdi oda gayet sıcaktı hem klima hem petek çalışıyordu oda gayet temizdi fiyatıda gayet uygundu konum olarak çok iyiydi Heryere ulaşılabilir bi yerde tercih edilebilir rahatlıkla

Fiyat performans oteli, oda ve banyo tasarımında taş ve ahşap görünüm hakim. Temiz bir otel, odalarda kocaman banyolar var. Manzara ve konum kötü ancak buna işletmecinin yapabileceği çok bir şey yok. Düşününce uygun fiyatlı olmasının sebebi de bu diyorsunuz. Konumu Göreme'nin popüler dar sokaklı yeri olmayınca park yeri sorunu da yaşamıyorsunuz. Aynı isimli ShoeString Cave House ile karıştırmayın. O mağaralar bölgesinde doğal olarak daha iyi bir manzaraya ve iki katı fiyata sahip. Kahvaltının özel bir yanı olmamasına rağmen, doyurucu ve yeterliydi. Tam bir kaliteli gezgin hosteli gibi düşünün. Sabah karnımı doyurup çıkarım, gece yatana kadar dışarıda vakit geçiririm gecede gelirim yatarım otelde vakit geçirmeye ihtiyacım yok diyorsanız, çok ideal bir yer. Ama manzara, biraz lüks, otelde de uzun vakit geçireceğim güzel anılar istiyorum diyorsanız farklı yerler öneririm.
Ben uzun bir yolculukta mola vermek ve etrafı gezmek için 1 Günlük konaklayıcı olarak kaldım. Genel olarak memnun kaldım beklentimi ve ihtiyaçlarımı karşıladı.

otel şehir merkezinde,konumu iyi otoparkı var ki bu kapadokyada ciddi bir sorun.çalışanlar çok samimi ve yardımcı oldular hem otelde hem de rehberlik olarak.odalar çok temiz ve sıcak rahattı.biz ailece 2 gece konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık.hepsine çok tşk ederiz.

Kapadokya seyahatimizde ailemle bu oteli tercih ettik, çok memnun kaldık. Odamız ferah ve rahattı, hamam detayı güzeldi. Kahvaltıyı beğendik, çalışan hanımefendi çok ilgili ve güleryüzülüydü. Ayrıca otelden sabah balonlar çok güzel gözüküyor, biz en üst katta izlemeyi tercih ettik çok keyifliydi.
