Guests are kindly asked to present their passport and a bank card used for booking upon check-in. The guest who made the booking must be the holder of the bank card. In case a card is not presented, prepayment will be returned and a different payment method will be required.

In observance of the holy month of Ramadan, guests on a Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake on the traditional Sohour in place of the regular breakfast. Guests on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake on the traditional Iftar and Sohour in place of the regular breakfast and dinner.

Family policy: Children up to 18 years old stay free (with parents can stay in the same bedding setup) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room-only rate. Children 5 years and under enjoy complimentary meals. From 6 - 11 years old there is a 50% discount on meals. From 12 years old children are considered as an adult for meal charges.

The hotel is not suitable for elderly guests or people with disabilities when it comes to accessing the courtyard of Al-Masjid Al-Haram in Makkah. There should be an electric elevator to make access easier. In addition, the road leading to the Haram is extremely steep for anyone using a wheelchair, and there is very little cooperation from the staff.

The service is also poor. For example, after the rooms are cleaned, tea is not replenished, and when we request it, we have to wait for hours before it is provided.

الموقع ممتاز والفطور روعةومتنوع .موظفو الفطور كانوا في قمة التعاون والترحيب ومنهم الاستاذ طارق حسين
مساحة الغرفة جدا مناسبة والفندق جدا نظيف

Cons:

تسجيل الدخول كان متعب حيث وصلنا الساعة السادسة صباحا ولم نتمكن من الدخول إلا بعد الساعة الثانية والنصف ظهرا
أنا احترم قانون الفندق ولكن لاحظت ان النزلاء معظمهم يسجلون الخروج بعد الساعة الثانية ظهرا مما يجعل تسجيل الدخول متاخر للنزلاء الجدد
بالنسبة للموقع ممتاز ولكن لا ينصح لكبار السن حيث يتطلب مجهود لصعود المرتفع الذي يقع عليه الفندق

The mat was really dirty stain of food is everywhere, I couldn’t comprehend how they couldn’t notice it while it’s already were noticeable. Plus every time I asked for shower cap, soap, slippers that was ridiculous because the must keep it without the guest being asked for such things!
