Guests are kindly asked to present their passport and a bank card used for booking upon check-in. The guest who made the booking must be the holder of the bank card. In case a card is not presented, prepayment will be returned and a different payment method will be required.

Family policy: Children up to 18 years old stay free (with parents can stay in the same bedding setup) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room-only rate. Excellent location, good facilities but not ideal for elderly or parents with pushchairs.
Pros:

Location is great and breakfast is very good. Staff are helpful and easy to talk to. Also very clean. Taxis available outside. Plentiful food options nearby but not all good so be prepared for hit and miss on the food front. The view of the beautiful masjid at the rear of the hotel will take your breath away every time.

Cons:

Route to Haram from hotel only has a escalator which is a nightmare for people with a pushchair as it’s awkward going up and down and at the top/bottom there are security poles that force you to lift the pushchair. Coffee machine at breakfast kept breaking which wasn’t good. An uphill walk from Haram maybe tricky for some.

From all the Hilton hotel i stayed at this was by far the worst one
Pros:

Location and breakfast

Cons:

The service was poor. The reception had long queues. Took more than 30 minutes to speak to someone at reception. There was only 1 staff at the reception most times especially at busy times. Room services were not available. Reception never answer the phone when you call from your room. The service was a real disappointment.
