Good food good friendly service always seamless.
Pros:

The hotel ambience was good. The design and planning were well thought. The staff were customer connected. The property is very clean and welcoming.

Cons:

The shower door is poorly designed the water seeps through the bottom and pools onto bathroom floor.
This is a design issue. The shower tray should have been raised.

Amazing location, good services.
Pros:

Perfect location, just a minute walk to The Masjid. The room was nice and spacious, we had fruit and sweets from the hotel. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Staff was absolutely amazing, very polite and professional.

Cons:

The curtains do not blind the room, there is some light coming thru the sides. Eggstation at breakfast took long, with long lines. The guys behind the eggstation try their best, but there are just too many people for one egg station.
The coffeecorner at the hotel sells red bull for a ridicioulus price, it was something like 8 or 10 euro’s for one red bull. I get that they have to have some profit, but this price is just wild. You can go to the mini mall next to Conrad and get it for 2/3 euro’s.

كل شي جميل وممتاز وخاصه ضيافت وطاقم المطعم أزور في الطابق الأول اذا مب غلطان في الاسم

لم يعجبني الله يعزكم الحمام الدش غير صالح ولا يوجد حاجز للماء يعني رش الحمام كامل بل ماء او تكون منتبه طول مانته في الحمام وشي منه يعمل وشي لا
وبعد وجود المتسولين و الطلابين من مختلف الجنسيات اما الفندق وعد البوابه ومرات حصل اني صادفتهم في داخل الفندق عند المحلات
وبعد ملاحظه الصعده للفندق من جهت الحرم صعبه جدا جدا

Ich fand den Aufenthalt super bei euch ich würde gerne wieder buchen und wieder kommen. :)
Pros:

- Komplet das Hotel war sehr gut.
- Unser Zimmer wie auch die Aussicht war sehr schön
- Das Frühstück war auch gut

Cons:

- Ich erwarte bei diesem Preis für das Zimmer wenigstens ein Willkommens Früchtekorb und Willkommens Getränke wäre super.
- Die Preise für die Kleider Wäsche waren ein wenig Teurer fande ich aber die Dienstleistung war super und auch sehr höflich.
- Beim Frühstück hätte ich mehr Früchte Auswahl erwartet ansonsten war es super.

Konum mükemmel. Kahvaltıda kruvasan ve omlet çok iyiydi. Aşırı fazla çeşit var mutlaka damak lezzetine uygun bir şey bulursunuz. Kattaki temizlik görevlisi her isteğimizi hemen karşıladı.

Öğle vakti çocuk uyurken telefon çaldı. Gereksizdi.

Perfect en voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Alles was perfect! Ik ben zelf heel kieskeurig, maar ik heb eigenlijk bijna niets aan te merken op dit hotel. De service is top, de faciliteiten zijn uitstekend, het ontbijt was heerlijk en de bedden lagen fantastisch. Ook de kamer was schoon en de douche was heerlijk schoon. De locatie was ook perfect en dicht bij de moskee (4/5 min lopen)

En dan die geur in het hotel… zooooo lekker! Helaas ben ik vergeten te vragen welke geur ze gebruiken, want ik zou die het liefst zelf ook in huis willen hebben!

Conclusie: absoluut een aanrader! Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en komen hier zeker vaker terug.

Cons:

Eigenlijk heb ik niets aan te merken op het hotel. Als ik dan toch één klein puntje moet noemen, is het dat het hotel aan het begin van een berg ligt, waardoor je een stukje omhoog moet lopen om er te komen. Voor ons was dit absoluut geen probleem, aangezien het maar ongeveer één minuut lopen is. Voor mensen die minder mobiel zijn, kan dit echter wel iets zijn om rekening mee te houden.

Pros:

The hotel was at an excellent distance from the masjid al haram. It was easy to get to the masjid and the personnel were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Only thing I noticed that there could be a bit more healthy food options. In my opinion there was a lot of sugary food. It would be better if there was a better option for protein sources and carbohydrates (more fiber)
