In observance of the holy month of Ramadan, guests on a Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake on the traditional Sohour in place of the regular breakfast. Hotel is very close to Masjid al Haram and is within walking distance. Hotel staff were very kind and were always helpful. Had a partial view of haram from my room. Clean and very spacious room..there is a great selection of food for breakfast.

Great place to stay
Pros:

I really loved the proximity of the hotel to the masjid Haram, easy to commute between the two places.
During our stay, we had dinner in different occasions the food was great.
I highly recommand trying the restaurant at least once.
Excellent staffs, big shout out to the restaurant Manager who was very welcoming and present at each custommer's table to make sure we got what we needed.

Overall pretty good, good location and convenient.
Pros:

It was decent and clean, I liked the ambiance and all, friendly staff, quick and easy check in/out.

Cons:

Only the bed was a bit disappointing, honestly I thought it would be soft like one would expect at a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, would reccomend!
Pros:

Very welcoming with lovely complimentary fruit, dates & tea. Staff let us check in way earlier than the check in time which was really convenient!

Cons:

Nothing bad to say to be honest, it was a nice hotel.
