Pros:

Perfect for one night,but I wanted to bath in the pool,but that is out of order,plenty of parking spaces,spacious rooms,located next to tea field

فندق جميل مطل على حقول الشاي ومسبح نظيف

Cons:

المفارش قديمة ذات اللون الأخضر لو تغير إلى جديدة بيضاء - إزالة السجاد الأزرق الذي بجانب المسبح فقد شوه الاطلالة - السعر اخذته في يوليو بدون افطار بسعر 66 دولار تقريبا

Otelin fotoğraflarına aldanarak gittik. Havuz çok pisti dibinde yosunlar vardı.Havuza inen merdivenler de çok pisti. Biz 311 numaralı odada kaldık. Odada minibar, saç kurutma makinesi, el havlusu ayak havlusu yoktu. 2 adet banyo havlusu koymuşlar ama çok eskiydi ikisi de. Klima vardı , çalışıyordu. Sıcak suyu vardı. Genel olarak otel temiz değildi. Rutubet kokuyordu ve bakımsızdı. Biz memnun kalmadık.

Staff was nice and very welcoming

Cons:

Pictures on booking web site do not match with actuals.
Equipment out of order in bathroom.
Swimming pool was dirty with broken equipment, water was grey, it was open and should not have been.
Equipment old or/and broken in the room.
Ants in the room.
It is not a question of price, we are used to pay more but at least this hotel should not be part of Booking.com’s selection.

The location and the surroundings, clos to petrol station and a supermarket.

Cons:

The swimming pool needs some maintenance, staff don't speech any other language, the bing bong table is broken, the doors needs maintenance. One power socket was exposed and dangerous.

Receptionests are too rude with no intention to help customers.
Main tools like clothes iron was not provided even when requested.
.Matress are too old and were consumed. Need to be renewed.

Yol kenarı oteli olarak biraz gürültülü idi, odada buzdolabı da yoktu ama temizdi ve sakindi. Konaklama amaçlı olarak biz memnun kaldık. Kahvaltı yeterliydi, çalışanlar da ilgiliydi.
