Great breakfast, helpful staff, okay accommodations
Pros:

The location, the staff, and the breakfasts/restaurant here were all wonderful! Everyone was very responsive and helpful! It was also perfectly located close to everything in the town, but far enough that it felt quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

Our hot water was very inconsistent, and we took several uncomfortable showers. We also had small drain flies flying around our room throughout our stay.

не плохое расположение, не очень высоко, что дает возможность с комфортом добраться до отеля, если вы без машины, и вид из окна все еще хороший, а так же классный вид на завтраке, там открытая терраса. Очень вкусный и сытный завтрак, выбор еды хороший. смарт тв на телевизоре. если приехали в марте или другое холодное время года то обязательно будет одеяло

Better than expected - a real treat!
Pros:

Great location and sea views. Parking was easy in the informal car park just behind the Hotel. The breakfast was wonderful - easily the best we had in Turkey. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was a little small, but we weren't expecting it to be spacious - could have done with a chair in the room. There were no instructions for the safe and we were told by the staff that we couldn't change the code, so it didn't seem safe - we decided not to use it.

Pros:

stayed here as part of a group escorted tour around Turkey. A small hotel, and the dining room was on the other side of the street. Staff were very friendly and they were able to do some laundry for some of our group members (including us). For a very reasonable charge. Breakfasts were good and lots of choice. Omelettes made to order if you wanted one. The hotel is a nice walk away from the buzzy port area (uphill though!), but well worth the walk. Clean comfortable rooms, good size.

Luxurious and delightful.
Pros:

One of the more expensive places we are staying in Türkiye BUT we are on a very modest budget and for what the place actually is and provides, it's exceptional value. It really is an oasis of luxury. The staff were incredibly helpful - they originally put us (me and my adult child) in a room with a double bed even though I'd requested twin beds, but when I went to reception to show them my booking, they gave us a new room literally within seconds, no issue. The Hamam next door is also delightful. The views are incredible in all directions, the property beautifully located between the ancient theatre and the centre of town (10 min walk max to either). The breakfast is something to write home about.... I skipped lunch.

Cons:

I'm being very picky but the shower was out of shower gel... might need to check shower supplies after each guest checks out. But that's hardly a deal-breaker.

Завтрак никакой, и за полчаса-час до окончания есть уже нечего почти.
В туалете ужасно пахло канализацией, и этот запах разносился на весь номер, а выветрить невозможно.
Матрас слишком мягкий.
Мебель старенькая, что-то где-то не закрывается и пр.

Hamam experience was amazing!
Pros:

Payam Hamam and Spa was an amazing experience, well worth the time and money. The facilities are a charming blend of traditional and modern. Cindy was friendly, professional and highly competent. I am happy to recommend this service any time.

Excellent hotel!
Pros:

Visited with G Adventures group. First hotel in Kas was terrible. Moved to Payam on the second day. Lovely rooms, great location (near the amphitheater), excellent staff, unlimited filtered water, best breakfast of our trip so far (plus breakfast overlooks the harbor). It’s hard to believe that they’re 5/77. I would have thought they’d be closer to 1/77.

Pros:

Джакузи под звездным небом, это восхитительно. Вид на море так же потрясный. Локация идеальная.

Cons:

Муравьи… атаковали сначала душ, затем одеяло. Также будьте внимательны - паркуйтесь на парковке отеля. У меня случилась неприятная ситуация. Отель и город тут не при чем. Но впечатление о городе подпортилось
