Das Personal trägt bei der Frühstücksaufgabe den Mundschutz nur halbherzig, Nasse nicht. bedeckt!
Klimaanlage bläst nur Warme Luft, beim dafür angebotenen zwei weiteren Zimmern war der Zustand nicht anders.

كان من الفنادق الجيدة و لكن حاليا سيء جدا
النظافة و الخدمات أصبحت سيئة
حتى المسبح و الخدمات الأخرى أصبحت غير مجانية مع العلم ان الرسوم الإضافية على المسبح غير مذكورة عند الحجز
جميع الفنادق التي يتوفر فيها مسبح يكون مجاني
الفطور عادي جدا
بالنسبة لي آخر مرة احجز فيه

Bir daha hotels.com ile rezervasyon yapmayacağım genelde otellerin en kötü satılmayan odaları ayrılıyor.Bunu kaldığım diğer şehirlerdeki otellerde de başıma geldi genelde zemin kattan oda veriliyor .Bu yüzden bu eleştiriyi dikkate almanızı istiyorum yoksa gittikçe müşteri kaybı yaşarsınız ben bu konuda çok rahatsızım resepsiyona sorduğumda ya odalar dolu diyorlar veya ekonomik oda diyorlar

Pros:

The hotel was descent to the amount it charged. Comfortable ergonomics, friendly staff. Though at first we had problems when hotel tried to backcharge the money from the moderator, staff demonstrated good reaction and behavior.

Surprise de se retrouver dans un trou à rats
Pros:

Le gardien de la paix qui verbalisait ne connaissait pas l'hôtel.
Le nom de l'hôtel ne correspond pas a celui indiqué sur votre site,
La photo de votre site ne correspond pas à l'immeuble,
Accueil : personne ne parle anglais: ni le propriétaire, ni les employés. Vraiment personne.
Le couloir qui mène aux chambres du RDC mènent également à la remise ou je suis le seul a avoir pu garer ma moto harley davidson ( espace de 1.5M X 3.0M°. Dehors 4 places à même le trottoir: c'est tout.
Pas de restaurant, rien dans le petit frigo de la chambre. Il faut partir à 200 m pour trouver le premier petit resto.
Il pleuvait pas de parapluie.
Petit déjeuner : fruits secs, 3 berlingots de jus de fruit de 1 litre, des sachets de thé et du nescafé en poudre dans un bocal avec une petite cuiller.
des tranches de gros pain, pas de biscuits ni viennoiseries, pas de fruit, ni de légumes, pas de jambon ou autre, pas de plat préparé, pas d'oeufs, rien....
Il ne mérite pas une étoile.
Les chambres étaient propres mais au niveau de l'hôtel.
Hotem à fuir!!! Comment pouvez vous me proposer cela en 5 étoiles lorsque même avec une étoile, je ne serai pas allé.

Pros:

Night staffs don't understand english .
I have asked them about Breakfast and they told
Me tomorrow is finished but didn't relise they meant today's dinner is finished not Tomorrow breakfast .
It was handy that i could speak third Language beside English & Kurdish so they derstood me and had breakfast in the morning .
Happy ending.
