Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam, die Betten bequem, die Lage ist perfekt, Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Ganzkörperspiegel und schöne Aussicht, Verdunklungsmöflichkeiten in Form von Rollläden

Die Klimaanlage könnte noch etwas leistungsstärker sein, aber es war trotzdem sehr gut und angenehm im Zimmer.
Die Badezimmeramaturen sind nicht sonderlich stabil, aber auch das ist vollkommen ertragbar.

The ONLY good thing about the facility is location. That’s it.

Bed is not comfortable. Room is very small. Shower door couldn’t fully closed. Shower drainage is clogged. Room is not that clean either.

Perfect location
Pros:

The location is fantastic for the theatre and Covent Garden. Near to the tube and quiet. Staff were friendly and the bed was comfy.

Cons:

I'm not sure why but we ended up in an accessible studio which we didn't book. It was quite small with a wet room which was very slippery after a shower. We had to put a towel on the floor to walk across the bathroom. The sink was tiny and extremely low which would be ideal for wheelchair access but we had to bend double to use it. There was a small table in front of the door and no room to manoeuvre on one side of the bed. The only mirror was behind the table, so unusable or in the bathroom so no access to a plugs. The apartment was also very dark with very little lighting. The room looked out at a large chimney.

Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Fernando, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Il a été incroyablement gentil, attentionné, professionnel et toujours souriant. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de le revoir avant notre départ pour le remercier en personne, mais nous tenions à lui adresser un grand merci ici.

Des personnes comme Fernando font vraiment la différence et laissent un souvenir mémorable de notre séjour.

Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter !

Chic, boutique hotel walking distance from everywhere you want to go and a wonderful staff that will help with everythin
Pros:

Everything. I have never slept better in my life, the location was perfection and the staff were very helpful and kept me laughing my whole stay. They are truly stars and the only way the stay could have gotten better. Chris was so helpful with finding a hair straightener for purchase, which was definitely not a question I think he gets too often. The stay was unbelievably and left me wishing I didn’t have to leave!

Cons:

In room dining would have been the only thing that could have improved my stay, however my Uber Eats WAS taken for me and brought up to my room, so there really wasn’t anything
