Lovely little room in a great neighborhood. Extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind!

Very small room, the sink was in the bedroom and not the bathroom which we strongly disliked and was a huge negative factor. I genuinely wouldn’t stay here again because of this reason. Otherwise the kitchen was well fitted. As it is an old hotel and likely frequented regularly there’s lots of knocks on the furniture. London is incredibly expensive to stay in overnight and this didn’t feel worth it for the price.

Walkable. Staff was very accommodating.

Clean room but has a bad odor coming from the bathroom everyday. Left clothes in the hotel and tried to message them to see if they had it in lost and found and was never given a response. Small room and had to climb over my partner to get off the bed but it is expected of London. We would probably stay elsewhere next time.

Beautifully designed. Every space has been used for stage so it’s easy to stay here without feeling like you’re living out of your suitcase.

The location is excellent - everything’s at your doorstep.

Very nice welcome on arrival with helpful staff. Room well equipped although I found it took a while for me to understand the electrical control system. I would recommend.

Staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. Everything we asked of them they went above and beyond to help us out. The rooms and clean and have everything to you need.

The staff here were incredibly kind. However we were put in a handicap room (neither of us are handicap) and the room was rather dirty when we came in. The floors still had dirt on them, there was a large hair on the toilet seat. Wish it was a lot cleaner. Location was great!

This small hotel is well-located, but be aware that rooms are tiny. Mine worked only because I was traveling alone; the bed is pushed against walls on three sides, so you'd have to crawl over your partner to get into bed. Be aware that there's virtually no service in the hotel, except for someone who stands in the small lobby to register guests. No food, no concierge, nothing. We were without wifi for an entire day/evening, a major inconvenience for working travelers. Also, expect to live out of your suitcase, as there are no closets nor drawers for clothing.

Really nice location. Close to everything in Central London including transit. Rooms are small but very well appointed and staff are extremely friendly. I appreciated having a kitchenette. The layout of the bathroom would make it hard to use if you’re a bigger person.

The only downside was that the hotel uses WhatsApp as the main form of communicating during your stay. When I tried using it, I discovered it’s an AI response system. It couldn’t figure out my issue and said it would get a staff member to contact me. After an hour of no response, I had to go searching for someone to assist. When I did find them, they were very helpful but I would expect better communication using the company’s preferred tool. The two issues I had were minor but disruptive - WiFi stopped working for 24 hours and an alarm on my floor went off at 6:30am.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed In London. Staff were fabulous, location perfect, rooms very clean and modern, very quiet considering it’s in the middle of the strand- will definitely go back!

This Apart Hotel is offering more space and convenience for a longer stay. Their welcoming and the staff are all very nice.
There was always a person to talk to us on our way in and out.
Their recommendations for transportations and sites to visit were excellents.
They supplied coffee for our 7 nights stay.

This is very clean as well.

More than well locate we would recommend it
to anyone. Everything is walkable.

Great location central to transport options and the theatre district. Friendly staff, and room was quiet and had everything needed.
Not a huge fan of touch-button controls for everything (maybe I'm old-fashioned but I have no issues with a light switch and a tap!), but that's not a big deal.

Location was great, rooms were soooo small, we also had many issues with our room but the staff was kind and was able to assist us

Great location to rest after dinner and a show for an overnight stay. Quiet, and close to transport. Bed was very comfortable and the studios are well fitted in case you’re there for a week of work. Front desk staff were so attentive and lovely.

Not enough space in Lobby with all bag stored there .. They had only one elevator.. I stayed here at the hotel in the past. When to hotel was new I had ad a superior room liked it .. Now this time I had a double studio not so good very small ... Kinda worn ...Airconditioning was good .. One light bulb was out.. The TV quit letting us cast ?The fan and light over the range didn't work... Won't return too small .......I think this group has better rooms at there other locations..

Amazing location. The room is rather small but location beats it.
