Non siamo riusciti a vedere la struttura

Cons:

. L'hotel si trova sopra un ristorante (senza un'insegna visibile dalla piazza) che la sera del nostro arrivo, prima delle 23:00, era completamente chiuso e sbarrato.
Abbiamo provato a chiamarli più volte sul posto senza ricevere alcuna risposta. Nessuno si è fatto sentire né prima né dopo per darci assistenza. Nonostante abbiano intascato i nostri soldi lasciandoci in mezzo alla strada, rifiutano anche di concedere il rimborso. Trasparenza zero e servizio clienti pessimo

Un diez. Justo en el centro.
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable. La habitación estaba muy nueva y limpia. El desayuno merece mucho la pena y el personal es amabilísimo. Yo no me lo pensaría, es el alojamiento idóneo en Brujas.

Pros:

We zijn naar huis gegaan. Was vies , te klein je kon net langs het bed, zat geen raam.

Cons:

Alles...... kamer was vies, stonk was klein, bed was onder zo verkreukeld of het niet was verschoond.
Het was net een kelder waar je in werd gezet.
Er was geen raam in de kamer, en in de badkaner wel.....deze keek uit op een muur.
Kortom ins weekend is ten deugen gevallen, we hebben de spullen gepakt en terug naar haar gereden met daar alle stress bij

Läget på rummet, fönster mot en bakgård, kändes obehagligt om det skulle börja brinna, ingen hiss så inte handikapp vänligt för någon som har svårt att gå!

Decent 2 star in good location but a little expensive
Pros:

The room was very clean and functional, The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The walls between the rooms were extremely thin, and we could clearly hear conversations from adjoining rooms. Doors being shut late at night also created very loud noise, enough to wake us even as deep sleepers.

In addition, there appeared to be no effective mosquito-control measures in place. We received multiple bites during our final night, and we are confident they occurred in the room, as the affected areas of our bodies had been covered throughout the day.

Lovely room, perfect location, great staff … especially Peter!
Pros:

Peter! He was on duty the whole time we were there. He remembered us every time he saw us after being our waiter our first night. All of the staff were helpful and positive.

Cons:

The food prices were much higher than we anticipated so we were only able to dine once.
It’s a little hard to find as the name of the hotel was obscured by the restaurant awnings.

Non hanno rifatto i letti, ma hanno cambiato gli asciugamani tutti i giorni. A noi andava bene così.

Cons:

La camera ha gli arredi essenziali, a noi è piaciuta così. Consiglierei la dotazione di un bollitore.
