Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were great and very comfortable, but what truly made our experience special was the STAFF. Everyone was exceptionally helpful, polite, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Outstanding customer service that makes you want to come back.

Was een heerlijk weekendje weg, prachtige locatie van het hotel en lief personeel.
Pros:

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Je stapte het hotel uit en was gelijk op de grote markt, ook prachtig uitzicht vanuit de kamer.
Ontbijt hebben wij niet genomen.

Cons:

De kerkklok is wel luid, maar verder compenseerde de locatie dat zeker! WC kraakte een beetje maar verder was het top. Miste wel iets van een theekoker

Heel fijn Hotel, netjes, goed ontbijt en vanaf hier kun je Brugge naar alle kanten verkennen.
Pros:

Super locatie, vanaf de kamer keken we uit op de grote markt, We zijn er al vaker geweest en het ontbijt is altijd goed , voldoende en goed verzorgd.

Το πρωϊνό ήταν πάρα πολύ καλό και πλούσιο. Άξιζε τα 18 ευρώ το άτομο. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική. Στην κεντρική πλατεία.

Hôtel au coeur de la ville touristique qui permet de visiter à pied. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Le petit déjeuner bien garni et varié.
Le personnel à l'écoute et conseille bien.

Cons:

La chaleur dans la chambre. Il y avait un ventilateur mais pas de clim. Surtout cette année

Passez un très bon week-end dans la ville, nous avons apprécié la chambre le seul problème. Vu la chaleur on a dû garder

Petit hôtel très bien situé sur la grand place mais dépourvu de climatisation dans les chambres

Hotel Très bien situé vue magnifique chambre et salle de bains grandes et confortables mais pas de climatisation une chaleur assomante dans les couloirs qui mène aux chambres et dans la chambre. Avons du dormir la fenêtre grand ouverte toute la nuit et on a très mal dormi. C'est dommage il faut une climatisation dans cet hôtel et ce sera parfait. Cette chaleur insupportable a tout gâché.
Sinon bon repas le soir et bon petit déjeuner buffet

La température extrême dans la chambre la salle de bains et les couloirs car pas de climatisation
