La struttura é bella ed è incorniciata da un paesino incantevole ed anche la spa molto carina

La camera troppo piccola ,poco curata e poco funzionale, il servizio minibar decisamente troppo caro , la colazione non è stata quello che ci aspettavamo ( avendo partecipato questo hotel alla trasmissione ,4 hotel ,dove si evinceva una colazione fantastica ,invece quella che abbiamo trovato era una colazione normalissima senza nulla di fantastico, quindi non abbiamo trovato la colazione che ci aspettavamo, un servizio non consono sia nei confronti del cliente che della trasmissione quindi deludendo le aspettative) Inoltre il servizio da parte dello staff è stato veramente deludente la maleducazione e il non rispetto per il cliente é stata una costante per tutto il soggiorno.
