Price, bed was good

Cons:

Air conditioner was not functional. I had to be moved out to another room (upgraded). Room on the top floor was extremely noisy during the second night. Nobody at desk when checking out. Still have not received my receipt

La comida, la atención, las instalaciones.

Cons:

El sonido del aire acondicionado era horrible, no nos dejo dormir. Lo apagamos un momento pero se subió mucho la temperatura.
Y eso es un punto muy importante. Poder dormir tranquilamente.
Deberían cambiar ésos equipos que son muy viejos.

Muy buen hotel con un precio accesible.
Pros:

Hotel muy confortable, con mucho espacio y muy buena relación calidad-precio. El personal es muy amable y muy accesible. El restaurante y el bar son buenos, y tiene área para fumadores.

Cons:

Lo único malo del hotel es que el agua caliente tarda varios minutos en salir después de que abres la regadera.

La habitación es espaciosa y la ubicación.

Cons:

La comida extremadamente mala -incluso me pareció que estaba echada a perder-, el servicio en restaurante fatal, en la habitación salió una chinche.

Se avisó de la chinche y no hicieron nada.

Para todos estos detalles creo que la relación calidad-precio esta mal.
