This family owned hotel on the fjord was a great place to stay. It had a good evening meal and breakfast. Very friendly staff and owners. We had a view room which was awesome.

A truly special place right on the water. We enjoyed the suite with water view (and a private patio). Gorgeous. Dinner was very good. I want to come back!

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Beautiful view and comfortable beds. We had one minor issue that when we went to the front desk to address they immediately corrected, so helpful. Great water pressure in the shower but after 3 people showered there was not enough hot water left for the last of us to shower. The apartment was quiet, although in the morning the area outside the apartment was noisy. Overall would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. We did not try the restaurant as we cooked our own food since we had a kitchen.

What a delightfull hotel. The owner Laurens was a perfect host. Our room was huge & modern with the most amazing wide open vista of Sognefjord, the township and the coming & going ferries. Great outside restaurant deck. We had dinner as well which was excellent. Great menu. Must come back.

Stort og romslig rom, men det var mye støy fra ventilasjon, en slags piping. Piping var det også når en tappet vann fra vask på badet. Støy fra fergetrafikk var vi forberedt på.
Great property with restaurant overlooking the fjord with outside seating. We had dinner at the hotel because it was such an amazing view from the deck.

We spent 2 nights at the Lavik Fjord Hotel, a small hotel adjacent to the fjord ferry dock. The views were spectacular and the owners provided a personal touch that made you feel welcome.
