Great location in the heart of Pamplona - comfortable, albeit cosy, rooms. Unusual shapes as a result of being a refurbished building. On site cafe not our preferred breakfast location as there are many more bars and cafes moments away.

We appreciated the quiet and privacy despite such a convenient central location. Excellent breakfast, very friendly and professional staff. No public spaces except for breakfasting.
Nice hotel in front of Plaza Consistorial, with restaurants and daily activities in the Plaza, however at night is quite which is good for sleeping. The room was a good size with a small balcony facing the plaza, the bed was comfortable, good size bathroom, very fast internet and good service in the 5th floor where we stayed. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

We were instructed to park in Plaza del Castillo parking and walk to hotel; it was not a bad walk even though we were carrying lot of luggage. The hotel discount for the parking end up being 13.95 dollars per day.

My room was clean and comfortable but more than half of the room was not useable due to the roof cutting off half the space. I had to duck my head to walk around the room.
A/C is not adjustable and set to
25 C. Windows can be open, but city is very busy and loud, so not practical. Too hot to sleep comfortably.
Checkin process extremely slow, just one person attending a huge crowd of guests. She was nice and had everything under control, but the process was slow
Great location and comfortable. The room was clean and they offer great amenities but there was a large black mold stain in the bathroom ceiling.

Spa non disponibile e poca trasparenza sui giorni di disponibilità: si pretendeva che fossero gli ospiti ad accertarsi, ma sarebbe stato più corretto indicarli chiaramente, visto che l'hotel si chiama "Urban spa" e la chiusura era durante parte del fine settimana quando un hotel ha più affluenza. Non avremmo scelto questa struttura se avessimo saputo e speriamo che questo commento aiuti a evitare la stessa delusione per gli ospiti futuri.
The parking was very expensive. On my reservation appeared to be included but it wasnt.
