Pros:

Was happy overall with my short stay here. Finding it was a challenge however. There is no address on the building. The numbers have fallen off the stone in front of the building.

Pros:

We got to the address and discovered the hotel had no record of our prepaid reservation, so we never got to see a room. Instead we found ourselves stranded at night in Quito. Our taxi driver kindly drove us around stopping at one hotel after another until we finally found a place to stay at 11pm (our plane arrived some 3 hours earlier). I do not know if the error was on the part of Orbitz or the hotel, but it was an extremely unpleasant situation to troubleshoot after dark in a city we don't know well.

Secure building... Supervisor was very helpful
Pros:

Top location...very secure. Supervisor was extremely helpful and friendly. Nice view of the Carolina Park and Pichincha Volcano.

Spacious apartment close to downtown.
Pros:

The accommodations exceeded our expectations - the kitchen had dishes and cooking utensils, we were able to cook our own breakfast each morning. There was a small market two doors down. We enjoyed the washer and dryer in the unit. Jenny was very accommodating to meet us late and respond to our questions. WiFi was excellent. My only regret is I would have preferred to pay by credit card.

We will definitely stay here again.

GREAT APARTMENT AND BEST AREA FOR STAY IN QUITO
Pros:

We enjoyed our whole stay in this apartment. The personnel is very kind, the apartment is comfortable and beautifully decorated. We found very good restaurants and coffee shops in surroundings.
We certainly will choose again this site
