El personal de recepción una maravilla, hablaban español y nos facilitaban todo. Nos buscaron un taxista para hacer alguna excursión y fue un acierto.

Très bon accueil. Hôtel plein centre. Pas loin de la gare CTM. Bon accueil. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Salle de bain également. Restaurant à disposition. Bon petit déjeuner.

تجربتي في الفندق كانت أكثر من رائعة!
من لحظة الوصول حتى المغادرة، كل شيء كان على أعلى مستوى من الراحة والاهتمام.
طاقم العمل راقٍ جدًا ولطيف ومتعاون دائمًا بابتسامة ويحرص على راحة النزلاء.
النظافة تامة في كل مكان — الغرف، المرافق، والمطعم — مما يعطي شعورًا بالراحة والاطمئنان.
أما الأكل فكان متنوعًا، لذيذًا، ويُقدَّم بطريقة جميلة ومرتبة.
بصراحة من أجمل الفنادق التي زرتها، وأنصح به بكل تأكيد.

وشيء آخر شخصي أنا في الحقيقة تأخرت يومين كاملتين من وصولي إلى الفندق ولكن في آخر يوم تفاجأت بان الموظف يقول لي بكل ادب واحترام بأننا سوف نعوضك يومين الذي تأخرت عنهم في مجيئك لنا بسبب الطيارة ، إذا تريد وبدون أجار 🙏🙏

Tetouan la douce !
Pros:

Le personnel en général est très discret mais efficace. La chambre était tres propre. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour visiter le centre et la vieille ville à pied, il est également très facile d'accéder à la gare routière.
