Don’t expect too much and it’ll do for a week!
Pros:

I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. Food was same every day except for one replacement dish a day at dinner. Pool was good but freezing. Animation and kids entertainment looked fairly fun but only if you speak Bulgarian! Beach was a 5 minute walk away. Water was very warm but sunbeds were expensive at £25-£30 for 4 beds & 1 umbrella. Was ok for one week holiday but I wouldn’t go back.

Pros:

Really nice little resort. Staff were friendly on arrival at reception and helpful throughout. Underground secure parking came with the room. The room was great and plenty of space, really well equipped even though it was all inclusive. Needed a shower curtain or something as the bathroom got soaked every time you needed a shower but it was all fine and the water soon drained away. The balcony was nice and overlooked the water park across the road. There was music from there during the day but only til around 5pm so no issue. The pool was great and there were ample sun beds though I imagine when fully booked it’s hard to get one. The beach is only 5 mins walk and the sea was lovely. The food was good at every meal and there was plenty to choose from and enough of it. The selection of drinks is good. The spa was disappointing, although it is independent of the hotel. No one appeared in my time there and the phone number provided didn’t ring so couldn’t use their services which was one of the reasons for booking there. Overall though a great little hotel
