موظفة الاستقبال يوم الوصول ممتازة وطلبت منها رواية الغرفة قبل اتمام الحجز وكانت متعاونه. شكري للاستقبال. والعاملين في نظافة الغرف

كان لا يعمل الى مصعد واحد. وكان الانتظار طويل والمصعد الثاني متوقف

I was relaxing as I have a lot of work to do and prefer to stay in my room all day.
Pros:

The location was great.Easy access to the mall and food. The staff was really warm and helpful. Uwais checked me in and there's another lady helped me to during my room card extensions and checked out ( I forgot her name) maybe Mierah :) The staffs in breakfast also polite. As I opted to stay in my room during the trip to do my work, I requested more teas from the Housekeeping guy, he was very polite and checking if I need my room to be turn down. Thank you all.

Cons:

The bath towel is stained. I usually not picky, however, the stained was obvious. I saw a blood /chocolate stains on my duvet too.The breakfast - the juices was sweet, better lessen the sugar or add a bit of ice. I can see the finger prints all over inside the lifts. I like the concept of mirrors around, but, could be better if assigning staff to sanitise and clean the lifts.

Everything could have been done better

The hotel is quite centrally located

Cons:

The hygiene could definitely be improved. There were stains on the walls, and the shower was broken, moldy, and had an unpleasant smell.

A éviter même si le prix peut sembler attractif.
Pros:

la proximité du lieu où j'avais rendez vous proche de l'avenue Thamrin

Cons:

l'absence de serviette de toilette aperçu après avoir pris la douche, très désagréable. Une seul prise marchais correctement pour rechargé le téléphone. la lenteur du seul ascenseur en service. Le café au breakfast n'était pas très bon et le breakfast très moyen.
