decent stay but would look at other options for future stays.
Pros:

The location is very convenient close by Sarinah and plenty of local restaurants, and convenient for meetings downtown. Beds are comfortable and staff friendly.

Cons:

Need some improvements in maintenance particularly electronic door system. Not having FB options from early evening is not ideal so need to purchase outside from convenient stores which is not a major issue but best to know in advance. No safety deposit box in the room is not ideal since one needs to carry personal belongings along all the way such as passport, etc.. something i found should be standard though.

Breakfast was good, location is in the central

I booked a double bed but got a twin bed instead, eventho I was traveling alone, and the wifi wasn't really stable

easy access

Cons:

i had bad experience that my room have "rat" during sleep time. I was shocked at 4am in the morning ans saw the "rat" on my table side. I request to change room immediately but the reception said no room available and need to wait until 10am tomorrow morning.I've made a 2nd call because the rat appear again in my room after 10minutes. but reception still not give to change.I also requested iron to send to my room but until i check out no one send the iron.
