It was great for $$ but 50/50 recommend as the jacuzzi when we open was holy dirty

Cons:

Hi we booked for two nights. First night was a disaster. The hot tub was leaking entire bathroom was under water. There is rats (rodents) in the sealing. After we complained they moved us to the room next to the old one. When we finally moved all of our luggage and then we realized there is also rats(rodents) in the sealing, the hot tub motor can not switch of so we have to use the bathroom without any lights, when we wanted to take a shower we realized there is no hot water and some of the power outlets does not work. We cannot sleep with all the noises the rats(rodents) make in the sealing. The refrigerator does not work. We complained a second time late last night about everything faulty including the rats(rodents). We cannot afford to get sick because we have to board our flights on Thursday. The Hotel left us with no other option then to cancel our second nights stay. Worst experience in the two months and know they ar refuseing to pay us back for the second night's stay even though they were at fault I do have video off the problems as well!!!!!

decent stay but would look at other options for future stays.
Pros:

The location is very convenient close by Sarinah and plenty of local restaurants, and convenient for meetings downtown. Beds are comfortable and staff friendly.

Cons:

Need some improvements in maintenance particularly electronic door system. Not having FB options from early evening is not ideal so need to purchase outside from convenient stores which is not a major issue but best to know in advance. No safety deposit box in the room is not ideal since one needs to carry personal belongings along all the way such as passport, etc.. something i found should be standard though.
