great value for money. convenient location
Pros:

very good service , accommodating and helpful organizing meals with gojek through the night as i needed to finish some work and could not arrange personally. much appreciated.

Cons:

would suggest better pillows although this is quite subjective to individual guests. in my case i would have preferred harder pillows but again, some other guests might prefer those. breakfast could be a bit better.

Not worth it
Pros:

Strategic location. Walking distance to nearby malls and MRT. Staff are friendly but some room services took a while and had to ask twice.

Cons:

Upon entering the room there was a terrible smell, switched on the ac to air out the room and still the foul odour lingers. I always check the pillows whenever I arrive at any hotel room and the pillows were smelly too. After I arrived back at night somehow there were hair on the pillows, we havent touch those. Same theme, the towels too were smelly. Twas not a pleasant stay. It’s time for the hotel to change those overused pillows and towels. Would rather stay next door.

Not coming back to the hotel

I like the location

Cons:

Did not meet my expectation. Aircon leaking, water dropping, took me more than phone call to get technician to check. After that it's still leaning. The water is yellowish in the first room. Change room. New room, no hot water, tv is not functioning.
Breakfast buffet can be better, too boring with the same food everyday
This is the second time I'm staying here. The first time was good, that is the reason my return to this hotel.

تاخر دخولي الغرفة حسب الوقت المسجل في الموقع تم اعطائي في البداية غرفة بسريرين غير المتفق علية ثم تم التعديل لاحقا المناشف متسخة بعض اضاءة الغرفة لا تعمل بعض مرافق الشور غير صالحة مثل المقبض
