Nothing all good
Good hotel with a great location. The room was clean, and the staff were polite and welcoming. A few minor improvements could make the stay even better, but overall I was satisfied and would consider staying here again.
Pelayanan bagussßssssssssss
Hi we booked for two nights. First night was a disaster. The hot tub was leaking entire bathroom was under water. There is rats (rodents) in the sealing. After we complained they moved us to the room next to the old one. When we finally moved all of our luggage and then we realized there is also rats(rodents) in the sealing, the hot tub motor can not switch of so we have to use the bathroom without any lights, when we wanted to take a shower we realized there is no hot water and some of the power outlets does not work. We cannot sleep with all the noises the rats(rodents) make in the sealing. The refrigerator does not work. We complained a second time late last night about everything faulty including the rats(rodents). We cannot afford to get sick because we have to board our flights on Thursday. The Hotel left us with no other option then to cancel our second nights stay. Worst experience in the two months and know they ar refuseing to pay us back for the second night's stay even though they were at fault I do have video off the problems as well!!!!!
