Pros:

I liked the location. It was close from everything that I need.

Cons:

The jaccuzi, sauna, steam room weren't working as I pay the extra money from other hotels to expect that you use these facilities. Even, the swimming pool it was a bit noisy children taking swimming lessons in it. Other than that the hotel is really clean, staff are helpful and kind. It's location is perfect.

Es war ruhig und sauber, super Frühstück und das Personal im Restaurant war umwerfend nett und hilfsbereit und es gab eine Bar :-)

A weekend stay
Pros:

Stayed with my family and boyfriend. Had a wonderful experience, especially at the spa and hamam! Remziye, I think her name was, the woman at the reception, and the two masseuses were amazing and so nice to us :)

I was not happy with my stay at this hotel.

We had requested a non-smoking room but were initially given a smoking room, which had a strong unpleasant smell. The room was also quite noisy.

There was also a billing issue where an additional charge was taken from my card without clear explanation (around 200 Euro). After I raised it, the hotel said the amount would be refunded via bank transfer, but that it could take up to 20 days to process. I don't really understand how this is possible.

Overall, the experience was disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel.
