Um hotel para o descanso

O hotel possui uma localização privilegiada, em frente à Lagoa Paulino, perto de lojas, do centro e de restaurantes. O hotel é limpo, os atendentes são educados, a Internet funciona bem. Em relação ao café da manhã é um bom café, coisas básicas como pães, bolos, frutas, etc.

Ruido e problemas na acomodação

O Hotel possui uma excelente localização,com quartos limpos e quartos com uma vista maravilhosa da lagoa e da serra de Santa Helena.
Muito bonito
O café da manhã também é muito bom.

Cons:

Infelizmente enfrentei problemas na primeira noite no hotel.
Fui colocado em um quarto proximo a rua e logo depois próximo da piscina .
Esse ultimo quarto possui na sua proximidade um equipamento que faz muito ruído durante a noite.
Solicitei a substituição , porém só consegui a troca de quarto na noite de Domingo.
Não consegui dormir nada na primeira noite no hotel
Graças a Deus na noite de Domingo a equipe que estava na portaria conseguiu me atender e realizar a substituição para outro quarto.
Esse último muito bom.
