Friendly staff, the property was quiet.
I arrived earlier than expected and had a $25 early arrival fee.
Sunny Patel handled our last-minute on-line request with ease. He greeted us on our arrival with an infectious smile and saw to every need.
That we couldn't stay another day. It was a long drive from Portland, OR, to Indianapolis, IN.
breakfast was good. Location was excellent. Target and Menards were within walking distance.
tv did not work. had to have front desk get tv working. freezer section of refrigerator was froze up. toilet had dark stains.
Mold grout in the shower, poor breakfast, rude ones running it. If you have a boat or any type of trailer they prefer you not stay there or wa t you to park in someone else's parking lot, even though their are plenty of parking spots. We had a small boat that it and our truck full of fishing supplies, etc and guy at the front desk wanted is to park in another stores parking lot where you couldn't even see your vehicle. He tried to tell us it wasn't fair to paying customers, even though I stayed up all night watching our vehicle due to alot of kids,etc walking through all hours of the night, and not one time was the parking lot full. He ended up banning us from staying there again. I hope everyone reads this and considers stay somewhere else as their are better and cheaper places to stay at in the area.
Room smelled so bad like pet smells and urine
Location
Requested a crib for our room and never got any notice if we could have that accommodation or not, when I tried to call and confirm the guy barley spoke English and kept asking if I wanted a roll away bed then said a crib would be in the room and when we checked in it wasn't even mentioned about it being on my account luckily I brought another option so my child could have a place to sleep. A/C didn't work very well at all. The bed was TERRIBLE so hard and uncomfortable, the floor would have probably been more comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast wasn't very good but could have been worse. Would not recommend.
Good value for the 5 rooms we booked
The hotel manager was very friendly and accommodating getting us towels when we requested them.
It’s aging. Plaster in our bathroom is coming off the wall.
Breakfast was the same every morning.
It wasn't open at 6:45 when I left the facility.
Breakfast should be ready earlier for those, like me, who get going before 7 AM.

The television in our room did not work. The desk manager came up to look at it and could not fix it. He offered us another room, but my wife was already in bed and unpacked. Asked for a $5-$10 discount and said he could not do it.
