A truly memorable and heartfelt stay!
Pros:

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi was truly special and memorable. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcomed, cared for and genuinely valued.

Before our stay, I mentioned that my husband was recovering from cancer, and the team left a personalised card in our room. It was such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture that made us both very emotional. That level of care went far beyond what we expected and showed the genuine warmth and attention the Ritz-Carlton is known for.

We would also like to especially mention Sohail, the restaurant manager at Horizon Restaurant. He was genuine, honest and welcoming, and the service we received was impeccable. His care and professionalism really stood out.

The resort itself was beautiful and peaceful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so relaxing, emotional and unforgettable.

Cons:

The only minor feedback is that the room could benefit from some repairs and maintenance in certain areas. However, this did not take away from the overall experience.

Beautiful resort! The rooms/villas are stunning, and super comfortable. There is a 24/7 buggy service to transport you around. The staff are exceptional and there to meet all your needs with a great attention to detail. The food is absolutely delicious, with a great variety.

Das Personal ist unglaublich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen! Die Lage ist großartig und die Gebäude des Hotels fügen sich sehr gut in die Umgebung ein!

Great stay, great experience.
Pros:

The grounds of the resort are stunning! It's a lot larger than I imagined and there is a nice range of activities to do around the resort, all of which are relaxing.

The food, sensational. The service, excellent!

The ocean view villas are stunning, spacious and private. I look forward to a rain Forrest villa next time as the pool may be a little cooler and have more protection during the day in the canopy of the Forrest and not in the direct sun.

Perfekt zum Runterkommen
Pros:

Das persönliche, vom ankommen in der Rezeption über das essen in einen von den Restaurant.
Es hat einfach alles geklappt wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten abschalten.
Santosh hat uns jeden Abend mit einer Kleinigkeit im Zimmer verzaubert.

Unglaublich schönes Resort - immer wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach magisch. Die Villa am Meer hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und ließ mit ihrer hervorragenden Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Das gesamte Resort ist wunderschön gestaltet, und auch die Tiere – insbesondere die Affen – haben den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Alles war jederzeit sehr sauber und äußerst gepflegt. Das Frühstück war absolut herausragend und bot eine beeindruckend große Auswahl an verschiedensten Speisen. Darüber hinaus haben wir in allen Restaurants des Resorts gegessen und können jedes einzelne uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vollkommen perfekt wurde unser Aufenthalt durch das gesamte Personal, das uns mit außergewöhnlicher Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit begegnet ist. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt unserem Butler Fazly, der unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht hat. Unser Honeymoon war ein absoluter Traum – herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team!
