Location and we have stayed before with excellent results.

Cons:

The front desk staff was very quick and not very personable. Did not seem to have empathy about things and every answer was a very quick yes and no. Also, the restaurant staff did not show up in time to open up the bistro/restaurant for my wife and I to be able to get breakfast before we had to leave. And I paid for breakfast on my initial charge and we did not get to use that.
