Convenient, efficient . Brand new hotel so obviously immaculate. Would stay again but go out for breakfast.
Pros:

Clean, big room, good quality cotton bed linen. Quiet.

Cons:

Breakfast ! Very limited selection . Plastic coffee and tea cups… not acceptable ! For a Marriott hotel very disappointing.

I liked everything about the hotel, including the service quality and the staff, except that the elevator and doors some
Pros:

The hotel room was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Cons:

One thing I didn’t like was that when I used the key card to open the elevator or hotel doors, I kept getting small electric shocks.

Beautiful, comfortable, and clean motel with kind and helpful staff
Pros:

The room was beautiful and very clean (and Im very picky about the cleanliness of a motel)! The bed was cozy, we slept so good. The location of the motel is close to town and the running track for the cross-country team we came with to access.

Cons:

The breakfast was hot and fresh. Because I like a lighter breakfast, I was hoping for some yougurt/granola options. Also, the oatmeal was very watery.

Housekeeping doesn’t notice big tear in carpet?
Pros:

Seemed to have bad luck with the room I got and unfortunately didn’t notice first issue until after I unpacked. In the entry carpet had big tear, wood floor exposed. And yes they did offer to move me or give me rewards (don’t need) but I didn’t want to repack my stuff, then discovered the other issues. Bathroom corner shelf had metal rod jutting out. And couldn’t get hot water - yes I let it run but never got past warm. Housekeeping and maintenance don’t talk apparently. The lighting in room poor - too dark! Breakfast not very good. Just find the newest hotel built as they generally don’t hold up well.

Pros:

The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable! For a free breakfast it was good with a decent amount of options.

Cons:

I didn’t love that as a customer I was required to pay for parking when I had already paid to stay.

Great hotel for the “Montana” vibe with decor. Very clean and staff were nice.
Pros:

The cleanliness and decor is amazing!

Cons:

The thermostat in the room could not be adjusted. It was really warm in our room, which made it very uncomfortable for sleep. There was also a lot of noise coming from the neighboring room and room above us, all through the night.

The size and comfort of the room was a big plus for our family. We will come back.
Pros:

The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast fare. The dedicated breakfast area was ample so we were able to enjoy our breakfast without being crowded. There was a good variety.

Cons:

More fresh fruit would have been good. Overall, we have no complaints.

We were disappointed by our stay and glad to be moving on.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of space for 5 people in 1 room. Big closet.

Cons:

The front desk staff looked like he had just rolled out of bed and was at the beginning of his shift. His shirt was heavily rumpled, hair tangled, and attitude was short and rude. The next morning we came down for breakfast at 730 and most of the food was gone. Some things were never replaced. The replacing batch of eggs was soupy and very unappetizing. We spent a half hour between waiting and eating what was available and left hungry. One person in our party took a shower at 11pm and didn't have much hot water. Three of us took showers in the morning, and the third complained of not having enough hot water.

Rooms were configured nicely
Pros:

Just ok eggs were too salty and selection was did not offer healthy options.

Cons:

AC unit in room was grinding and had to turn it off to get any sleep. They attempted to repair after 1st night but only made it worse. Rm 418
