La amabilidad del personal... Pero no es suficiente para solventar las deficiencias del servicio
Desayuno frío...nada estaba caliente (huevo, verduras, frijoles y salsa para chilaquiles), café muy feo, seguro viejo y recalentado de días.
La chapa de nuestro cuarto tenía un fallo al leer la tarjeta, cosa detectada y comunicada al personal desde el.primer día y nunca se resolvió.
La factura no ha sido enviada hasta la fecha y quedaron de enviarla desde el primer día de estancia (hace 4 días)
La cama está super cómoda
