Cómoda, buena ubicación
No se mencionó que el área humeda estaba en mantenimiento, me enteré al llegar al hotel y no pude hacer uso
La atención del personal, muy cordial.
Todo estuvo bien.
La gente muy amable, y sobre todo como fuimos a un evento de la ruta del hielero. Nos permitieron dejar nuestras maletas hasta que terminemos el evento.

El personal muy atento, me dieron varias opciones de habitación . El desayuno también estuvo bien y el agua caliente al instante en el frío de Riobamba.
Quizás hubiera sido bueno que al entrar me indiquen todas las facilidades que tiene el hotel, por si por ejemplo había como usar el sauna o algo extra. Pero en general todo estuvo bien

El baño es muy pequeño, mojé todo el piso mientras me duchaba.
O quarto de casal era grande. O banheiro pequeno. A cortina tipo "blinder" era menor que a janela, logo a luz do sol entrou no quarto bem cedo. Café da manhã: um pão, 1/2 fatia de queijo, 1/2 fatia de presunto, um pouquinho de frutas picadas, 2 ovos. Ah! Água ou leite quente para café solúvel ou chá. Beeeem básico.
Outro detalhe: a cidade é bem fria de noite e não há calefaçao. Na cama há muitos cobertores.
Good stay in Riobamba, parking was available and breakfast OK! Room nice with useful minibar options available for purchase.
The reception charged me mistakenly at first as I had already paid online, but they caught their error already even before I did, and promptly fixed it.
